This CVS gave me EpiPens that will expire in 10 months as opposed to the expected 1-year minimum. There was no proration of the price. This seems unethical. Where is the line? 6 months? 3 months? EpiPens are expensive. Not only that--my prescription was ready yet it still took the employee 25 minutes to process me. The only good thing about this CVS is Ann. She's so friendly and helpful.

I approached the counter to pay for my items. The two employees behind the counter were too busy socializing and denied my request for help with my transaction and directed me to self checkout. I was very surprised, until I saw the rest of the reviews for this store. Avoid if you can.

We rcvd the highest level of customer svc from Robert and the cashier working w him on 5/3 afternoon. We needed assistance w a photo reprint and they both went above and beyond to assist. A pleasure to shop here thanks to these 2 employees

I called to ask if they could transfer my prescriptions from my hometown CVS and fill them at this location since I am out of my med. The person in the pharmacy didn’t seem to care and she told me to call another store!

My covid test was scheduled at 1 pm it’s currently 1:45 pm and I’m still waiting. I got to the drive up window and they told me we’ll be right with you.. crickets.. for like 5 minutes now. Extremely slow. Unreliable.

Went for a COVID test. Took almost an hour and a half with 3 people ahead of me. The store must be understaffed beyond belief. I would avoid until they fix their staffing issues

Anytime I've ever needed to use this CVS pharmacy, they have always been so friendly, understanding and helpful. Especially the guy who works in the pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy and staff you’ll ever see! Disrespectful! Lazy as all hell! Every time I’m forced to go there, all the technicians are yelling at each other. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for my prescription to be filled. Wish I could transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy!

June 26th today. I reached the store at 9.58pm . I don't see her name there was big lady cvs Associates she closed the door and she don't let me in. I just said I need to buy just a SIM card . I won't get the SIM card anywhere except CVS because it's a small network provider . Pls the SIM card division beginning of the store . So it's easy and fast just pls . Just let me allow 3 seconds . She don't allowed and so rude . Then I came to Walgreens next door also is closing 10 pm . They almost getting close . And I ask I try to find a SIM card so it's gonna be Quick . The Walgreens let me in. But I didn't find the SIM CARD there because I know they usually won't sell the SIM card in Walgreens but that's ok they so understanding and kind . They treating customer as it's .
