I’ve rented golf carts from custom carts for the last several years, last year the golf cart was so old that it would was barely drivable and it would backfire all the time while driving and they said this year that they would bring us a newer one. Got to AMI yesterday, and I had a message from Seth, he left it while I was touching down at the airport saying my card would not go through. I had just gotten a new card the day before as my card was breached several days prior and I did try to call them to let them know but they never answer their phones none of the ones they have listed or that is on my emails from them, I tried to call him back and left several messages within 20 minutes of his call and he did not answer. It did ring on the last call went straight to VM. Had no golf cart when we arrived and I was very fortunate to get another one on the island from another business, also emailed custom carts with no response. I’m so very disappointed in them, as a loyal customer who has rented from them for the last several years this upset me very much. I have never left a bad review for a business but felt I needed to regarding this instance.

When the new ClubCar was delivered it had flat spots on the tires. They picked it up, replaced the tires with radials instead of knobbies that normally comes with the lifted cart (per my request). Now it is great.

I needed an alignment on my golf cart and they scheduled a tech to come to my house and he did a great job with it. Very satisfied with the quality of work.

We are very grateful to find Custom Carts through the manager in our community. Marci in service was very helpful and knowledgeable about our Club Car cart and she got our service call setup quickly. They didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't already know that we needed. They came to the house and the service tech, Jake, was very knowledgeable and thorough and got most of our items repaired at our home. Their prices were very fair compared to my online research. I had the BEST experience shopping with Dan Patton at Custom Carts. I didn't know much about golf carts. I had an idea of what I wanted, but Dan was very informative and advised me of more importantly, what I needed first. Then we picked out some extra features. Just wanted to share my awesome experience with a top notch golf cart dealership. Brandon my salesman went above and beyond regarding the order purchase of a new Star Sirius 6 passenger. He stayed in contact with me through my decision making process and gave me an education on the benefits of Lithium battery power. I made a visit to the facility today to order my golf cart. I met Brandon in person and was given a dealership tour by Dan and Brandon giving me the confidence to make the order. Lastly I had owner and head guy Kurt personally introduce himself to me even though he was busy took the time which impressed me. If anyone is on the fence on where to buy a golf cart with confidence this is the place no doubt. I have not taken possession of cart yet due to the COVID delays, but even the factory rep said I am in good hands. Thanks for all your advice Brandon. I will keep all posted upon delivery. I am switching out my old cart batteries and putting in a lithium system. They are picking up the cart and returning it while I am on vacation. The the BEST service always.. Great experience! I went to Custom Carts for repairs on my cart and to take a look at getting a new one. The service was absolutely fantastic! The repairs were done quick and were fairly priced. The facility, staff, inventory, and service were all great! If you are in the market for a new cart or just need a repair I would highly recommend them.
