Went here after leaving the hospital. I badly needed the recommended medicine for my child. I drove up at 9:51 p.m., by the time I got out the car it was 9:52. I walked to the door and realized the lights were already off. The manager just stared at me as if I was wrong for showing up 8 minutes before they close. They close at 10:00 not at 9:50. Shame on this manager and I will be reporting this to corporate I never got the medicine that night

I was standing in line to buy a bottle of water, when another customer called the cashier for help. I was the only person in line. The cashier locked the cash register and proceeded to leave. I left the store and went to the Raceway an bought the water for $0.49 cheaper.

I came in to CVS to get a few things,and a young lady with red hair welcomed me and offered to help me instantly with a smile. I noticed however, that she was the only employee I could find in the entire store and she was extremely busy trying to take care of customers by herself. She was running both registers and the self checkouts as well as answering phones and helping customers with photos. Does no one else work here? I honestly felt bad that she had no help, and requested to speak with the manager, but when she called I waited around 10 minutes and could no longer wait because I was now late for an appointment, so I left. I'm not sure who is in charge scheduling, but this needs to be addressed. The employee was doing her absolute best to help everyone as quickly as she could, but people were visibly upset. Employees should not have to deal with this and neither should the customers. This is my only complaint, but I do hope it gets addressed. This young lady deserves a raise. Seems to me she was the only one in that store that actually gave a darn. What a shame.

I had a very bad day, I stopped into CVS on 41 and a young girl named Deanna must of seen I was beside my self. Deanna was doing check out and when it was my turn she had such a beautiful attitude and was so very kind to me that I actually left the store with a smile. To find someone with such a delightful personality and kind heart in a store or retail these days is very rare. I wanted you to know you have a wonderful employee and to hold onto her. Thank you Deanna for making my night much better.

Clint and Austin went over and beyond to assist me with getting my son canvas pictures. They called me the next day before picking up his pictures to let me know there was an issue so I didn’t waste my time going to the store. They were very helpful, professional and courteous. Thank you so much again for the help!

I was the 2nd person today to complain to the FRONT about “ ester “ The pharmacy tech. Everything that happened was over the phone thank goodness. All recorded. She made me so distraught today over something so SIMPLE.. All Bc I repeated what another CVS Supervisor told me….She immediately got hostile. This “person” shouldn’t be handling medications.

My son was robbed and his laptop, phone and All his prescriptions were stolen. A police report was taken. I had just come from the Dr.s, He wrote him new prescriptions. He said if I had any problems filling them, to have them call him and he'd verify them. I took them to this store, because it was the closest to the Dr.s office. I told them what happened, and even provided a new prescription. I asked if there was going to be a problem. He looked it up and said no, because it was a different prescription. Right after I left, I received a text saying that they wouldn't fill it, due to medicaid insurance rules. I tried to call and was on hold for over 45 minutes and hung up. We went back and asked, to pay w/cash, and the pharmacist said no. I told her what the Dr. said, and she said, "I Don't Care What He Said." While I was standing in line, you could hear over the speaker saying 3 phone calls for the pharmacy and was Never answered. So we waited the 7 days till it could be filled. They tried to charge us instead of using the Medicaid. Another pharmacy tired to call (Publix near us in Cape Coral) and stayed on hold for almost an hour, they picked up and hung up the phone on them. Absolutely the worst. Most of the reviews were right. They are Rude, Do NOT answer the phone, and I will not be back.

This is the absolute worst CVS I have ever patronized. I will be switching. I called a total of 8 times in over an hour and the pharmacy allowed the phone to ring for over an hour unanswered. I talked to a woman in the front who said she'd take my number back and have them call me. Nothing happened, although I believe she did try. Then I talked to a Hispanic woman, I believe her name was Maria. She finally got results. I spoke with the pharmacist the week prior concerning an issue and he stood there like a stump with nothing to say of value. The pharmacy techs are slow, lack customer service skills, and should be bringing in shopping carts, not distributing medicine. This is not the typical CVS and corporate needs to step in and make serious changes.
