I don’t typically review drugstores on Google but I just had to state that I went to CVS this morning and Thomas was an absolute pleasure very helpful very courteous and very personable with the customers definitely a model employee keep up the good work

The CVS at fiddlesticks and Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers has a terribly rude pharmacy manager named raji. I will never give them my business because of her. She has no right speaking over customers or interrupting customers and being extremely rude and condescending in her job.

CVS at daniel and treeline 2 blan Russian that works in the pharmacy one of them that work the Rochester she have no customers service, her work man ship is bad couple of things about her, i am wandering if she like black people or she doesn't care about her job, she isn't nice.

Understaffed and overworked pharmacy employees, so it gets taken out on the customers. Prescriptions aren't filled on time, dangerous script mistakes, dirty unclean stores. They are Too EXPENSIVE!

I have been to this location a few times. Every time they just tell me what to pay while failing to run the prescription through the insurance, not asking whether I have insurance or not, and I have to ask for them to re-process it under my insurance.

I received 2 vaccines today. Made appointment online a few days ago, so there was minimal waiting. Friendly, professional staff! They called me an hour before my appointment to clear up some questions prior to my arrival. Everything went smoothly! Clean, well run CVS.

Pharmacy is the pits. Pharmacy employees including the pharmacist are rude and know little about pharmaceuticals. I was notified I had a prescription for pickup, when I arrived, they said my prescription had expired the day before and refused to let me have it. (They initially told me I had to buy three of the prescriptions and when I asked for only one, they notified me about the expiration). There always seems to be a problem at this CVS. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Drive a little further if need be, you will be glad you did.

Store manager is sooooo rude and she doesn’t know how to process returns. She is simply rejected return because receipt is missing extra care bucks receipt portion , the reason she mentioned was system doesn’t allow . Really ? In this digital world , returns gets processed even without receipts ( as they store all our purchases) Had to call extracare customer care and spend 1 hour to resolve the issue . Nothing changed after an hour and system worked this time ? I usually don’t write reviews or escalate but this time can’t bare the way she treated me 😞

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Diana at this store. She knew exactly which aisle we needed to be in to get what we were looking for, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. She was extremely friendly throughout the entire checkout process, even at 1:15 in the morning. Every company should have people like Diana!
