Called to have my prescription filled and they told me it was too early to fill it but they’d have it ready the following day by 10 am so I figured no problem, but when I went to pick it up the next day, I was told I wouldn’t be able to fill it because the didn’t have enough to fill it that it was ordered but hadn’t arrived yet!!! Nice work !! Seems like nobody is really doing their best work nowadays huh???

This store is just awesome, can't speak for the rest of CVS stores but if they provide half of the service they would still beat Walgreens hands down The 14th street CVS store provides the best service out all the other pharmacy in the past I have used. Don F.

I came to CVS to get a covid test. I made my appointment for getting covid test. When I arrived there was no wait I was done with the covid test in less than 10 minutes. Keep in mind to get a test it's appointment only and only drive thru you can't get a covid test without a vehicle at this location. Excellent service!

C.V.S. is a wonderful nice store were for years I have been getting my prescriptions filled. Everyone is super nice to me I just love going there. They really care & do a great job always Thanks C.V.S. for everything Stuart Klein.

The pharmacy staff is awful! They use excuses that they are busy for leaving phone calls on hold over 20 mins. The world is busy. I’m busy at my job, I don’t tell my customers sorry I was busy nothing I can do about it. I also don’t lose my work. Twice I have gone to get prescriptions and they did not have them. My Dr called in 4 prescriptions they filled 3 of the 4 and said they didn’t get the 4th one. It’s electronic give me a better excuse, second time was told sorry we don’t have it, I know for a fact it was sent. The Dr. did it while on the phone. Then had prescriptions they had to order, told 3xs it would be there, it was not. When I called to ask before going back a 4th time, complete attitude again. I am busy, not only busy, unwell enough to need a prescription. Get your professional act together and treat your customers as they are the reason for you being employed.

We have had trouble the last two years with this pharmacy. It seemed to change hands and the staff wasn’t as efficient, friendly or professional. The pharmacist Patel was not helpful. We had prescriptions wrong or not filled promptly. ( I waited two weeks then finally I called our doctor and took care of the prescription myself) The last time there, he shorted me two months supply of the three month script and gave me problems when I discovered it and I went back to show him and get the proper amount that I had paid for previously, (although he agreed I had them coming, he still ended up shorting me saying it was all he had ( this was a normal medication not any dangerous opioid, benzo, etc) We also had a clerk at the front check us out while talking to others, did it wrong and had to redo it , then she was shoving food up her mask, eating and barely paying attention to us. She gave us the wrong receipts, and so on. We switched at the end of this experience there. We went to Walgreens nearby where we found out a lot of people had done the same.

CVS has been great with offering prescription delivery by mail. I've been trying to avoid going out in public due to everything going on in the world. This feature wasn't offered previously due to my insurance, but I'm so glad it is available now. They always include a "Thank you, stay safe!" note with my mail-order prescription. Very kind and thoughtful. Never had any issues with this CVS, my prescriptions are filled on time and their text message reminders are very helpful.

Worst experience ever in a pharmacy. Dev Patel (pharmacist) was untruthful about opening hours, corporate policies, and withheld my prescription regardless of CVS policy and federal law. I am not done and next is a formal complaint to their corporate office. Unacceptable. To withhold a prescription from a disabled person who cannot drive is absurd. He has now cost a patient with a limited income to pay for another ride. I was told that my prescription would be ready the day before by a pharmacy staffer. One more thing, his shift began at 8 when the pharmacy opens. He was almost 10 minutes late while myself and 3 others waited. While waiting the CVS staff were all critical of him stating that he is routinely late. This post will be updated after tomorrows experience.

Avoid these people like the plague, seriously... because they will lie to your face about how they can fill your prescription and when you get there they won't do it. I currently have a prescription for PTSD and I called the pharmacy ahead of time to see if they take GoodRx coupons because I will not have insurance until February. The pharmacist insisted that he could fill it even though they were about to close and when I got there they argued with me about how I just fill this prescription on the 8th of this month which is not true as I requested a transfer due to constant issues with Walgreens. In addition to my insurance issue.. Basically they were unprofessional, rude and now I have to suffer immense panic attacks all because these people do not what they are doing. They screwed me over big-time now only because not only am I without my medication, which helps with my PTSD and muscle damage from several shoulder dislocations, I might not even be able to sleep tonight because it also helps with my insomnia. I will be reporting them to corporate. These people wouldn't even hear me out and basically called me a liar to my face. So to add insult to injury I wasted my time and gas which I hardly had to come here to be rejected and have nobody help me. all they could do was are you the fact that I had supposedly filled the prescription on January 8th at a Walgreens location but the prescription that I brought in to this location was dated January 8th and I had not filled it yet.. these people are crooks and they do not care about your well-being so run as far as you can and go to another pharmacy..
