Pharmacy basically told us they are too busy and understaffed, and would try and get to our prescription if and when they could. They all but told me to go elsewhere to get our prescriptions filled. No problem. We will never get a prescription filled here now!

Your system is awful! I have Aetna insurance and was not able to get my flu shot (scheduled appt online for my flu shot along with my daughter). Your system said it wasn’t covered. We left to call Aetna. I could not call in your store because you have no internet. My couple minute call to Aetna and they gave me a code to give pharmacy and stated it’s CVS system! We went back and I received my flu shot. My daughter was then told her shot was not covered who is covered under my Aetna plan. The pharmacists called 3 different people to resolve issue. And after an hour waiting it still was not resolved. Today my daughter walked in Publix and received her flu shot. No appt and in and out in 10 minutes. Long story short, I will not be back to CVS!

The employees in the pharmacy are amazing! they go above and beyond to help in any way possible. They answer phones quickly and are kind and professional. this store has really turned around! 10/10 would reccomend

I have had some bad experiences at different CVS pharmacies but today I called and spoke to Rosie at the Route 70 & LWR Blvd in Bradenton location and she was so helpful and took care of my issue immediately. Rosie is why I will continue to go to this location moving forward. I hope the others are as good as her. So professional and patient!

I put a prescription order in and got a response that it would be ready after 11am the next morning. I went at 1pm the next afternoon and the technician said he would work on it now, and it would be ready in 10 minutes. I couldn't wait, so I told them I'd return later. I went to the drive thru at 5pm, and the female technician said the item was out of stock and I had to wait two days. I explained that it was seizure medication for my son, and that the other tech had said it would be ready in 10 minutes, at 1pm. She rudely said, "Well I don't know who told you that, but we don't have it in stock". I told her that I could come in there and show you who told me that, but I wanted to avoid an incident that would require law enforcement to intervene. I told her to transfer the prescription to the CVS at Lakewood Ranch Blvd and 64. That location has never failed me, and they came through for me again. Moral of this story: give your business to the store at Route 64, not this location, at Route 70!!

I just left the pharmacy, which was extremely busy both inside and the drive thru. Customers were getting frustrated, but Jason (who I believe was in management helping due to staff shortage) who assisted me was very calm, patient, and friendly. I appreciated it after a stressful day!

The most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever used. Being forced to use CVS due to our insurance. They gave me someone else’s medications!! I didn’t notice until two days later! Then they failed to make it right and get my proper meds in a timely manner. THEY SUCK!

Absolute terrible service! I arrived to get my prescription filled right at 10 am when they opened and they told me that they would give me a call when my prescription is filled. After waiting all day I decided to call them at 6:15 to check on the status and the pharmacy apparently was closed at 6 and I’m stuck talking to a robot with no way of speaking to a human unless I call corporate!!! Corporate then tells me that my prescription was ready and that since they’re closed there nothing that they can do for me and that I will have to wait to go back in the morning at 10 am!!! I am a COVID patient who has walking pneumonia and these meds are needed! I can not be waiting days for prescription like this because they’re too lazy to call me. Definitely never going to CVS. Should have used a good company like Walgreens or Publix. Never using any CVS ever again because of this.

I took in a roll of B&W film to be developed. The lady I gave them to told me I would not be charged for no exposure and they'd call me when they were ready. The CVS website says 3 weeks for B&W. After a month I had to call in, and even though FujiFilm put a tag on the envelopes saying "No Exposure", they still charged me. If you have film, take it elsewhere.
