This is to add up to the complaints about rude staffs. This slim, tall, short haired, female mexican staff was very rough, she ask for my number even if I’m not a member, keep repeating my words, shouting, racist, no greetings, no infos were given, not helpful and rushing, Go somewhere else.

Both employees I encountered were a great help. Usually, employees at hollister can be a bit condescending but these employees were nice and attentive to their customers.

Associate was very unprofessional after I declined to sign up for the club cali with Hollister. I was in the middle register where it's very visible. I stood there confused right after swiping my card and the associate left to the dressing room. I thought maybe she was bringing the free gift she oferred, I stared at her for a few minutes to see if maybe she was distracted or forgot what she was doing, but it turns out she was purposely ignoring or avoiding me because I had to ask her "are we done here?" Didn't even apologize as she grabbed the receipt and just through it in the bag, I asked for the free gift and it's as if she was annoyed by me. I never complain about customer service but I've never felt more confused and embarrassed standing in the middle of all these people who were getting on point customer service. Cashier 01324076. She might be Management. Avoid this place. Go the extra mile if you have to.

Be careful in shopping at this holister store. I purchased two jeans when suddenly their computer froze and they wanted me to pay double. Since I didn’t want to pay double they didn’t give me the jeans because no recipe was printed out. So they charged my card the money and I didn’t even get the jeans.

I went to the store today, had the same experience, ripping you off, very poor customer service, everyone seem to be on the menstrual cycle, very rude on how they speak to there customer, I figure if your not happy working there, find another job, never had any problem in any other Hollister store, all my experience in the other Hollister were always very satisfying when it came to customer service, very polite....this place SUCKS!

Nice clothing, would recommend. However clothing is expensive if bought at the wrong times. For example, buying a shirt when it first comes out; if you wait 1-2 weeks it would be only $10-$15 rather than $20-$25.

The worst store and GM I ever seen. I stop by last Monday and there were lots of customers. Somehow when I check out, computer went down and they told me I have to pay it again that I still don't get it. Anyhow, GM ((name is Kiki Salazar) came out and she is like 'no option, you have to pay it' like attitude. Do they have too many customers? It is like she seems too tired to deal with this kind. Anyway, I paid it again and of course after 3 days it still pending on my credit card. If they think they have too many customers and don't care how customer feels, then fine. I will never stop by again. - UPDATE. THEY CHARGED BOTH. GM LIED ON ME AND THEY BOTH CHARGED ON MY CARD.
