Supervisor very negative. She sounded racists. The cashier was friendly and positive. The manager was nice too. Just bad supervisor. Supervisor needs to be retrained to be helpful and positive. Totally unacceptable for the business. I will contact higher management.

I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve used CVS for my prescriptions my entire life, in many different towns/locations. This pharmacy blows them all out of the water in terms of how completely disorganized they are. Every single time my doctor sends over a script, it sits “in process” for days (WEEKS if I’d let it) and in order to actually get ANY script filled you have to: 1. Go in the store, be told they will “expedite” your script (even if it’s been processing for a week..) and then wait an hour or 2. Call, wait on hold for 30 minutes, and be told the same thing. Basically I’ve learned that they will let your script sit there until you actually call and complain. And then they lie and say “well we just received it 2 days ago” when your doctor sent it almost a week ago. This store does not operate for the customers. I have never once had a good experience at this pharmacy. If it isn’t rude staff, it’s delayed prescriptions, or an understaffed pharmacy. I now drive 20 minutes out of my way just so that I can use a decent CVS. Either hire more pharmacists or send scripts to a CVS that can handle their job.

I have been using pillpack recently for my heart medication, but I still use CVS for other prescriptions. I called this location explaining my predicament and asked if they could provide just one pill for the next day. I was told that since my last prescription refill was in 2017, my prescription was expired and there was nothing that they could do. I called the CVS in Palmetto and they said no problem come on in. They gave me 2 pills. no charge. I'm not sure if this is a store wide policy, but this one girl I spoke to on the phone was a piece of work! If you are a CVS manager, reading this, my call was on July 22nd at 5:00 PM, the person on the phone was female. The pharmacist in Palmetto was a hero!

I had the worst customer experience today. I was about to pay when PATRICK gave my mom and I attitude I let the first couple of times slide by but as a customer I got fed up and I felt the need to say something for the kind of treatment we were getting. He started insulting us and even called us a “dumbass” @PATRICK if you don’t like your job then go find a different one. You picked the wrong customers to try and get slick with today.

Awesome parking lot for pulling over and changing a soiled diaper at night. Can't say what goes on inside the store, but the exterior is well-lit. I think there were some homeless people trying to sell something out in front of the entrance, but I dumped the doodie in the trash and split before I had a chance to find out.

Great customer service, Hard working staff, people really need to understand that there is 100+ prescriptions coming in everyday and sometimes medication has to be special ordered or there is a problem with insurance companies. Staff really cares about our health and tries to have all medications on time when ordered but sometimes it's impossible.

I use to be a walgreens customer and I thought their pharmacy & pharmacist was outstanding until I switched to CVS on 1st street West Bradenton 34208, the RPH Bhavik S. Zobalia and his staff are phenomenal. I alone keep them guys busy on top of everything else they have to do but they ALWAYS take the time to talk to me on the phone and/or in person, they have a great since of humor, understanding, compassion, and tolerance for peoples be every single day. I love my CVS all together ... Pharmacy & store, a bunch of great helpful, kind, curdious group of people ... Thats why I rate them 5 stars! Great Job.
