I was calling to get information about scheduling for the Pfizer vaccine for my new job. I unfortunately had to speak with Derrick. He was very rude. He would not allow me to speak. He just kept saying I’m in charge right now. I said I understand that but I still have a question. He never allowed me the opportunity to ask just kept saying call back tomorrow. We’re not doing vaccines any more today. I asked what his name and position was. All I got was I’m Derrick and I’m in charge right now. I simply said thank you and hung up.I usually don’t have any complaints with this CVS but the disrespect and disregard for their patients warranted this review. His position should be anywhere BUT behind a pharmacy counter. I’m thinking maybe a telemarketer as all I wanted to do was hang up rudely in his face. CVS should really consider personalities when hiring customer service providers not just credentials. ~Bless

Angry old man in charge. I asked him a question and he yells at me and tells me why I shouldn’t ask him the question about prices. Went there once and never again! ~Joe

I paid 26 bucks and tax for 24 pack of bud light . That's more then a dollar Im buying bulk. Bad buiss won't be back. Too pricey on beer no thanks . ~Nate

I've been coming to this store for almost 20 years - daily. I have rated this store 2 years ago as great. Now? Not so much. The store is always closed at 8:00 pm or 10:00 pm. All the good employees I have had the pleasure to know - are gone. Is there even a manager there? The turnover is insane. ~puffnstufflove

The Owner Mario was friendly and provided great customer service as soon as I walked into the gas station. I came in for the Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Got the two piece dark chicken, honey butter biscuit, and potato wedges. The Food was delicious as well. 🤤 ~ajsimpso

There's a very helpful and pleasant young man with an amazing personality and exemplary customer service that works the day shift. Otherd should take a page out of his book to enhance and upgrade their people skills. I rated 4 stars because the gas prices are usually on the high side but him and his admirable service is definitely 5stars all the way. On behalf of all the others that appreciate service with a smile....I say thank you👍 ~Cosmic

Had to go inside to get my Amex to work. Never had an issue at any other shell. Issue needs to be addressed. ~Jason

I self checked out at front, put a $20 in for a $15 ish charge and Aaron, a clerk stepped up and asked if I needed help. I was in a hurry, said no thanks and ran out forgetting my change. I was getting into car and he ran out looking for me and got me my change. How nice he was! Thank you. A good honest guy! ~Betsy

This used to be my go to place for produce, but now the quality is not good anymore, where are they getting for example Their pineapple, it used to be sweet and it said sweet on the pineapple. They are not sweet and have no flavor, also no dairy products or eggs in store. Very dissatisfied, it used to be my favorite store. ~Michele

Their produce and meat is condistently fresh. I most appreciate how the staff at the cheese section pairs the wine with your choice of cheese. In this instance, I bought the Manchester cheese with the suggested Stag's Leap Chardonnay. It was a perfect pairing that I would not have known to do myself. ~admelinda
