I was calling to get information about scheduling for the Pfizer vaccine for my new job. I unfortunately had to speak with Derrick. He was very rude. He would not allow me to speak. He just kept saying I’m in charge right now. I said I understand that but I still have a question. He never allowed me the opportunity to ask just kept saying call back tomorrow. We’re not doing vaccines any more today. I asked what his name and position was. All I got was I’m Derrick and I’m in charge right now. I simply said thank you and hung up.I usually don’t have any complaints with this CVS but the disrespect and disregard for their patients warranted this review. His position should be anywhere BUT behind a pharmacy counter. I’m thinking maybe a telemarketer as all I wanted to do was hang up rudely in his face. CVS should really consider personalities when hiring customer service providers not just credentials.

The pharmacy techs & the pharmacists at this location are REMARKABLE. They deal with the high volume of customers with grace & dignity. The are knowledge, kind and fantastic. This is my favorite location vaccines & prescriptions. My entire work family uses them.

The full time pharmacist, is over the top wonderful, she is and extremely helpful!! unfortunately the part time fill in, should not be dealing with the public, he obviously doesn't like his job.

After waiting in line for 40 minutes( I was the second car in line). The pharmacist didn’t like the way I spoke to him so he threw the prescription on the counter and walked away!! I will never use them again

The employees at this pharmacy are the friendliest and most efficient. They have always gone out of their way to help me solve a problem, including contacting my doctors office and other pharmacies. I appreciate this great customer service. I'm from New York, and I'm not used to employees going out of the way for me, Thank you!!!

Had to wait in the pharmacy line for 50 minutes. Workers completely disregarded the line of cars in the drive through. I spent 20 of those 50 mins just waiting at the window to get my test given to me. Absolutely absurd.

Waited over two hours passed my appointment time for my covid test. They give no information just have you sitting at the widow. I asked multiple time what the hold up was and was completely ignored. This place needs to have more training and new management.

The pharmacy refuses to answer the phone, they also hung up on me multiple times without saying anything. Then I waited for over 15 min on hold. They need to get it together

This location doesn’t answer the phone I have 2 phones on hold for 18 minutes and still on hold. Last time I walked up to the RX counter and asked if phones are working ? They said yes . I showed her my phone and said I’m waiting for you to answer then she said oh no the volume was low Really worst service lately
