Best shipping and mailing service in Fort Myers, Florida (FL) 2024

I’ve never had somebody yell at me in customer service until I called the store. I asked for the hiring manager, and was told if I was someone else who I guess had already been calling that I needed to call somebody else. I don’t know if this was a misunderstanding or not, but definitely not the way to treat customers and or future employees. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I called you around 530 please go listen to the recording of this call if anyone from UPS read them. Absolutely astounding… ~harrison

Staff here are always very helpful. This place is really busy and they do a lot. Open till 7:30 pm. I believe the cut off time for next day delivery packages is 6:30 PM. Which works out and most punters can drop off after work. They will also take perishable, biological and hazardous goods packages. The only issue I have is the busy and narrow parking lot. Not easy to get around with my pickup truck in there. Truck is to reverse into your parking spot if you drive big vehicle. ~Junaed
