Like all Publix locations this one is well maintained and clean. They have a deli area that is well stocked. All of the employees are friendly and very helpful when you are searching for a specific item. Great place to grocery shop in Ft. Walton Beach. ~Bill

I wanted to make a review on a particular cashier. Rean is an amazing employee. Whenever I go in there he is often working alone. If there is more than one customer ready to check out, he will run all 3 registers to get the line moving and not make people wait. I appreciate his motivation and work ethics. He doesn’t want to keep a customer waiting. Although I don’t mind waiting most of the time, he does an amazing job and goes over and beyond. I wanted the company to recognize him for how much he does keeping customers happy. He is always on the move and always so friendly. Give this young man a raise!!! I love the other cashiers too as I am a regular. But Rean definitely deserves some recognition for his work. ~Mz

I rarely ever do reviews but all I gotta say is that I’ve Never in my life met someone as rude as Sherry! She needs to learn some manners. If she doesn’t like her job then she should just quit. No one should ever be treated like this. I understand people have bad days but this was just unacceptable. ~Cici

It's 6:15 am on Tuesday and not open.. hours say 5 am...??? I've been here since 5:55, no one is here, no signage posted for late opening. I have no gas and made it here are u kidding me right now!!! ~Suzy

I have Been getting gas here once a week for the last almost 6 months. Very rarely if ever do they have paper in their receipt printers. I have complained a couple times to the employees who all say they are too busy waiting on customers (which they would have less of if they didn't have to come in to get receipts!)to fill the receipt printers up. At night there's 2 gentlemen there, both usually behind the counter...always laughing and joking, talking about movies instead of putting paper in the receipt machines. During the day today there were 2 girls there who were inside talking, (only 3 customers, myself 1 of the 3)instead of going outside and putting paper in their receipt machines. Their customers have to walk through the rain the wind and the cold because they're too lazy to put paper in the receipt machines. I talked to Li** the manager...she didn't care. Today they also charged my account $74.00 for gas, I got $32.02. Again spoke to manager Li**. She said bank puts a hold on funds. I called the bank they said NOT TRUE...store requests hold and dollar amount. Called Li** back, asked what the hold is for..she said ("I don't personally put amount of funds on hold" after she lied the first time) the computer does, it should come off in 24 hours. I have been going there every week for almost 6 months at close to $100.00 at a time, not once have they put a hold on funds....never again! HERE IS 1 LESS CUSTOMER THEY WILL HAVE TO WAIT ON. ~Sherry

It was February 2022 and I was calling all Mechanics in Dublin for a pre-purchase inspection of a used Honda CR-v I was about to buy. Every mechanic in the area was full for the week and so was Mr. Ray from Ray's Auto. I offered him doubled the money in order to get the inspection done but he he declined. After knowing that I am a buying used car for first time and my urgency , he managed to make an arrangement early next morning. He actually saved me from buying that car because he was able to find leak in that car's transmission. I found another CR-V from Craigslist whos owner agreed on bringing the car to Ray's Auto for pre-purchase inspection. The car cleared the inspection and I bought it on the spot. It has been 2 months and 3000miles on this car and it still runs like the day I got it. Buying your FIRST car from Craigslist is a risky move but my trust in Rays Auto was worth it. Never did I felt being ripped off for any service nor did they attempt to over sell me anything. I live a little far away from them now but I will still go there for any big repairs needed on the car from now on. Trusty Mechanics are rare to come by and I am happy I found one. Never again will be using curbside pick up. The walmart employee came out got my name. Then I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes as I was the only car there. They had helped the other cars that were there prior to my arrival. I tried calling while I waited since he just disappeared and never came back but the mailbox is full. For reference my order was ready (received email confirmation for pickup) I called guest services and talked with a lady, after she checked out what was going on a different employee came out handed me my order and said “ sorry about the wait” while laughing. I was very confused as they didn’t seem busy and I didn’t hear a joke. Not sure what was funny. I just moved here from out of state and this was a horrible first impression. Nothing was genuine. * Note I drove 30mins to come to this Walmart and had the tracker on saying I was on my way. ~Elizabeth

I shopped at Bealls Outlet this morning, with my grandson. The store was clean. There was a good selection of summer dresses in my size, and I purchased three of them. I got my grandson a pair of jeans, for back to school. The only snafu, during shopping, was that my clothes were cleared from my dressing room when I walked out to grab a different size from the one I was trying on. I walked to the front of the store and easily got my clothes back. ~Ann
