Do not put your packages in this drop box! My package has been sitting for 7 days! Drivers are suppose to pickup from this box everyday! I have reached out to customer service 3 times already and nothing has been resolved! They just tell me that it’s out of there hands until a driver picks it up. No way to get a number to dispatch or anyone that can help! And no way to recover my packages 😞 Customer service said it could be a month before anyone comes out to pickup the packages because of high volume.
