I'm here visiting from out of state and I'll tell you what, the people here in niceville are SUPER! Friendly, helpful, nice stocked clean store. Very nice experience.

I ordered a battery for my pole saw last night; When I picked it up from the curbside area today, I was given this. The package was obviously already ripped open and then was poorly taped back to the cardboard with a piece of packing tape. I could not believe I got charged full price for an item that had obviously been returned and not even repackaged. I was able to return it at a different location, but this should not have been sold to me, for full price nonetheless, in the first place.

The reason I'm rating a 2 star on this place is being the fact they don't keep up with there Electric carts I go in there and Try getting one for My family members And Apparently It's 100 percent but it's not working? This is RIDICULOUS Just like getting there Early? They should have plenty but apparently not I would have did Zero stars But that's not possible the only thing making me Going Is The grocerys For my needs and wants.

DON'T PURCHASE WALMART DELIVERY! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY! Been using this service for six months. They are never on time anymore, they were at first but now they come HOURS past the delivery window, on the regular. My order is wrong more often than it is correct. Something is always. missing or they swap it with a lesser brand and charge the same (they are not supposed to do this, but good luck trying to get thru for your credit) and they NEVER offer same day anymore. Usually I have to order two days in advance now and again, they arrive HOURS late (e.g. my delivery window is between 9am and 10am and they arrive at 4pm). Not worth paying for delivery, its hit or miss and lately its been a huge miss. Just use the free pick up, you'll get your order sooner.

Never again will be using curbside pick up. The walmart employee came out got my name. Then I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes as I was the only car there. They had helped the other cars that were there prior to my arrival. I tried calling while I waited since he just disappeared and never came back but the mailbox is full. For reference my order was ready (received email confirmation for pickup) I called guest services and talked with a lady, after she checked out what was going on a different employee came out handed me my order and said “ sorry about the wait” while laughing. I was very confused as they didn’t seem busy and I didn’t hear a joke. Not sure what was funny. I just moved here from out of state and this was a horrible first impression. Nothing was genuine. * Note I drove 30mins to come to this Walmart and had the tracker on saying I was on my way.

I hadn’t had much issues with them, previously, when it comes to pickup orders until a few days ago. I don’t understand why they show timeslots but can’t seem to fill them. Reminds me of a Seinfeld episode, “they know how to take a reservation but don’t know how to hold it”. I waited over 2 hours to get my order and only until I called the store and spoke to a manager and transferred to the pickup supervisor did I get my order. I had planned my whole day around this pickup slot but it was ruined. I understand they may have staffing issues but they should maybe cut back on reservation slots and stop advertising this service as convenient. And their response? Sorry. That’s it

Grocery Pickup is convenient at first glance. Go in with low expectations and you’ll be fine. However, if you expect anything more than sub par service, you will be dissatisfied. The whole experience is marketed that Walmart is doing some amazing service for you, granted, if you’re like me and have infants and are at risk during this pandemic, then it’s the best option. But be assured it’s far from amazing. The substitutions are a joke or at least their idea of humor I suppose. Example: I ordered applesauce pouches- substitution: YOGURT pouches! I ordered Yougurt and it was “out of stock” NO substitution offered. I mean really?! In the whole store you had NO yogurt to offer in place of the kind I ordered?? Or how about MILK literally “out of stock” NO substitutions offered. I find it really hard to believe there was ninth one single gallon of milk in the store. Just ridiculous. They don’t even try- it’s as if they get tired halfway through shopping and just mark the rest of your list off. And heaven forbid you don’t want a substitution they chose- because they get annoyed with your refusal and the steps to return so you just won’t get credit back at all. This scenario has happened the last four times I’ve ordered. That leads to calling and then having to argue to them that you didn’t actually take those items. It’s a hassle. After all that you still wind up having to go in the store for the items they didn’t give you from your original list. This is the standard experience with this service. I’ll add in some pictures to show you even more aggravating things to expect. If you can go to Publix, you should.

I can buy almost everything I need from here. If I need to order it in, I can pick it up easy from the automatic pickup station. I buy groceries here twice a week but have bought shelving, coffee machine, frozen bait, snail bait, car parts, paint, clothes, bluetooth speaker and much more. Use the Walmart app to find where they shelve what you want instead of wondering aimlessly for an hour. Otherwise you'll buy 5 other things you never knew you needed. The cons are; 1. the veggies dont last very long compared to other shops I go to. 2. They are so busy using staff to pack pickup grocery orders that the shelves get empty quite often. Or it's their suppliers that have left them with no products to pack the shelves with.

I sometimes go to this particular Walmart for eye exams and glasses. But today got some cool kinda lightbulb shaped cups. Pretty okay Walmart. Would definitely recommend going if you can.
