I showed up at 6pm on a Saturday evening to buy a 12ft trailer. The store manager (Cameron) helped me without any hesitation. He and Josh W. worked together to prepare and deliver the trailer before the store closed at 7pm. Impressive customer service and core values. The entire staff made it an easy and pleasant experience. I could not be happier with the service of this location 👍

I generally browse this store and the staff has always been helpful. I don’t buy much because the internet is so competitive when it comes to selections and prices. But, when I need something that day I always check with Northern Tools and this location.

Everyone was very nice and everyone spoke to me. The store was easy to get around in was very nice and neat and clean. I order a item online and I was returning it to this store. The manger work with me and just switched the item out and I didn’t have to have my money tied up on two items. You don’t see people working with you like that in a lot of business.

Looking @ trailers for the home project activities. Only 1 model here that would fit the need... The outdoor space door was locked during business hours & the help was rather snarky about opening the door, then had zero knowledge of their inventory, so that was fun...
