Extremely disappointed!! I worked at Subway for 4 years and one thing I know is they put a chart sheet about how much to give in the sandwiches per size. I placed an online order and unfortunately did not check my order before I left. I have multiple issues. First off the sandwiches were loose in the bag!! Second off my sandwich had barely any meat at all!! Having worked at Subway for 4 years I know this is NOT even close to the portions I paid for!! Third. I asked for extra tomatoes and I got 3 total tomatoes on my footlong. Fourth!! They didn't even give me my cookies so I had to go back for them.. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not be coming back to this location, instead I'll drive 15 minutes to the Walmart location because at least I can trust them to give me the portions I ask and pay for. DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ONLINE ORDERS FROM THIS LOCATION!

Absolutely the worst place to order from . Multiple times I have ordered online and they can't EVER get it right . Today was steak and cheese with ranch and lettuce got to work and it was a freakin ham and cheese. I called manager and I was told oh well great job subway I use to be a huge fan of well I guess

I will never go to this subway ever again! The guy that "took" care of me charged me to much and was rude! It also took forever, he seemed way to busy with personal stuff than to take care of his customers. Nope, not impressed!

What kind of a locally owned business has no lettuce for your sandwich? Especially when there is a grocery store just a block away. Was not told that they were out of lettuce until the sandwich was partially made. Horrible customer service.

Well guys it's been a year and I've given this store another chance again. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised at how great and hard working everyone is there! Can definitely tell who's new but that's alright I know they'll get more comfortable. These guys work hard to make great quality food and make it a very welcoming envoirment. Steven is friggen awesome and always makes the experience great!! 10/10 recommend 😊🎉🎊🎈

I like their banter! You can always hear giggling and friendly tlking in the back during the day! Every time I’ve been they have been so nice, sometimes a little shy but that’s ok! A guy messed up my wrap and he was so nice to remake it for me! Thanks Don I think? Also I like the music at night it’s nice to listen to!

Thanks for not taking my order. Telling me you are closed after you finish with guest you are helping. You could have told me that before I stood there and waited 5 minutes to place a simple order. Good job scrubway

The new manager seems to run this Subway the way she sees fit, including not offering things that are on the menu, such as soup. FYI, if it's on the menu you should be offering it to your valuable customers and not belittle your employees in front of people, "Brittany".
