I know sometimes people are quick to write a review about the bad but not about the good. I can only speak for my experience and I had the best experience, the lady there is the sweetest and got me out fast. I couldn’t went to a better place to have my blood drawn.

Went for routine blood work again this morning,and one again my lab orders have been lost by staff,not once,twice but the third time. Definitely wouldn't recommend. And not to mention very unprofessional.

Richard is rude and disrespectful. I know times are crazy but being nasty and YELLING is never appropriate. Also he smelled like fish??? I know that not relevant to the service, but still. He stunk bad. Rude and stinky…. Not a great combo. Go anywhere else to be treated like a human. Would NEVER go back.

Such great service! I’m pregnant & have had to visit the lab three separate times. Each time the ladies have gone above & beyond in showing kindness & care! They always have a smile on their faces, even when they’re slammed with patients. I made an appointment online each time & checked in on my phone so I was in and out in no time. Definitely my #1 recommended spot for any lab work!

I would strongly suggest obtaining these type services elsewhere. Arrived for my appointment, was asked if I had fasted, which I had. Proceeded to be called back and given a cup for urine. Odd considering I was there for blood work. The employee then tells me I’m done. No bloodwork. I explain I’m there for bloodwork, she said no they only have a request for urine from my pain management doc and nothing from my primary care doc. I explain that I do the urine test at my doc office and they send it to labcorp for testing and I actually pay the bill each time. Needless to say she charged me for the urine test that day as well. Called my primary care who said they sent the order directly to them and they would send again. Employee says she has nothing and for me to sit in the lobby and she will see if anything comes. By this time I have to go to work which is why I scheduled an appointment. My PC doc says the order was sent three times. Called pain management and they advise they did not send an order for a urine test there but rather the order for the test I did in their office like I explained to the employee. So now I’ve been charged by this joke of a facility twice in the same month and been tested for no reason AND have no bloodwork for my appointment at my PC on Monday. An appointment that has been scheduled for months now. I’m disgusted and hope I NEVER have to step foot in Labcorp again. I want my money back!!!!! If anyone knows who I can report this to, please advise.

Very rude receptionist. I didn’t catch her name but I walked in and checked in at the kiosk and sat for 15 mins waiting. The lady called my name so I handed her the work order and she took it while I was standing at the counter so I continued standing there (my employer said they would fill a paper out on the form and give it back to me). About 15 seconds into standing there and she looks at me and says “is there something you need” I said “you have my paper” she said “and I’ll call you when I’m ready for you, you need to sit down”. I have never been to that location before but I don’t plan on going back if I have the choice.

Staff was super friendly and kind and made it a pleasant experience. However, they incorrectly said they took my insurance when apparently they are not an in network provider for me.

Very disappointed by the care received at this location. My husband and I came in to have his blood drawn for a full panel required by his work. He has a history of passing out in these situations. We informed the older man who was about to draw his blood. He brushed it off immediately and said "you'll be fine, it won't take long" he was right, it didn't take long which is great. However, when he was finished he said "okay you're good to go" I replied "No, he's going to sit here for a few more minutes." He then walked out of the room. A few seconds later my husband passed out and began to slid out of the chair then began seizing while I tried my best to hold his limp body. I yelled for help and the man ran back in, very panicked, to help lower him to the ground. He acted as if this was such an inconvenience and like we didn't tell him that this was a high possibility. He barely said anything more to us before we left. I understand that it might not seem like a big deal or we were being dramatic at first, but there's reason for that. As a healthcare worker myself, I highly encourage Labcorp to educate their employees to listen, and understand that when a patient is concerned about a situation it is their duty to follow through and make sure that they are cared for to the best of their ability. Because that was not the case for us.

Very easy and pleasant experience, I scheduled my appointment online and even though it was 3-hour glucose tolerance test, my visit was smooth and comfortable. Everyone I met at this location is professional and doing their absolutely best to get you in and out quickly. I’m highly recommend online appointments as well as mobile check ins.

Just had my blood drawn this morning and it was literally the fastest, most professional lab visits I've ever had. They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes, with several folks already in the waiting room. They were extremely friendly, and I honestly didn't even feel the needle go in either. Was great! I've never been to this location before and only did so due to another appointment nearby, but I will probably go out of my way to visit this location again in the future. Thanks to the staff for the wonderful experience this morning!
