Best furniture store in Stuart, Florida (FL) 2024

Staff were extremely helpful. I needed to return an item and then buy a new product. Eddie Tassone, Assistant Manager was very responsive and helpful to me and the cashier. She too was very helpful and sought his assistance as we concluded my transaction. I really appreciate this store and go to it often for supplies and cool fun stuff. ~Nicki

They delivered a couch set that I had selected. The next day they called me and asked me how everything was going. I told him, to tell the truth I didn't particularly care for the couch after using it for 24 hours it was uncomfortable due to back problems. They offered to bring a different couch set out going so far as to send me pictures and having me select which couch I would like. The Manager and delivery were courteous, kind, really cared what their customer thought and we're total professionals. I have used Rent-A-Center off and on for the last 20 years and this is why. People really care about their customers and go up and above what most companies nowadays would. ~Cathy

Tiffany, who helped us, was great. She was informative and patient, but best of all not at all pushy. She did not try to pressure us when we walked out the door saying we wanted to look around. I really appreciated that. We went back three days later and bought the bed Tiffany sold us on. The gentleman that helped us that day was also very helpful and informative. We are trying to be patient waiting for our new bed. We are excited! ~Melanie
