Tiffany, who helped us, was great. She was informative and patient, but best of all not at all pushy. She did not try to pressure us when we walked out the door saying we wanted to look around. I really appreciated that. We went back three days later and bought the bed Tiffany sold us on. The gentleman that helped us that day was also very helpful and informative. We are trying to be patient waiting for our new bed. We are excited!

I rarely leave reviews but I have felt SO compelled to do so for our experience we had this past weekend at Sleep Number! First, Brandon was very welcoming and thorough with introducing us to the Sleep Number world! My husband and I had our 2 young kids with us and while we thought we were prepared bringing the stroller, iPad and lots of snacks to occupy them, that plan fell awry quickly!! The 2 other female staff members did not hesitate to jump in and offer to play legos in their kiddie area in our sight in order to allow us to continue our trial experience. We finished and as my husband was filling out paperwork for purchase, I went and joined my kids and the young lady playing with them and she continued to sit with us building towers and talking to me about her family etc. for another 20 mins. She was so kind! When we were finished we offered to help clean up and they had a very thorough process for sanitizing the kids table/chairs and legos and I even had my 5 year old partake! Overall, I just wanted to commend the entire staff that took a team-effort approach in making our experience very pleasant, inviting and smooth. Felt like family! Kudos to you all- keep up the great work!

They lied to us about our $10k air mattress and we've been experiencing issues with this company every single day since we received it. I would not recommend these mattresses to anyone. I wouldn't even use it if it was free. But because i paid 10k I'm now stuck with it. Crooks and liars.

We were in today and our sales associate was Marty. She was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and answer all of our questions. Even when the store got busy, she did not make us feel rushed. Definitely ask for Marty when you visit!

The Jensen Beach store is a great place. The associate that help us was Marty. She was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. She made our experience so nice. Marty made sure that we had her undivided attention and never tried to push anything on is. I would definitely recommend this store if you are interested in a sleep number bed

My experience at sleep number was superb. My sales person April was great! She explained all the benefits of the bed and how it works. She even followed up after the purchase to see how I was sleeping and informed me that there was a sale on sheets. I never sleep so well as i have had back pain until now
