We bought all the furniture for our new house from Erick, he was patient and helped us find things in stock that we actually liked. Everyone in the store was nice and friendly, they called to give me a window of time before delivery, and the delivery guys were great also. That was about a year ago and now, we just got all our office furniture delivered, and once again Erick came through as he promised. Overall great prices, awesome staff, and good selection.

Had an AMAZING experience. Family Furniture is the real deal. Prices are PHENOMENAL!!!! But best of all their customer service is out of this world. They are friendly, patient and very accommodating. I would recommend them to everyone in the market for furniture/mattress 🙂

Family furniture is the ONLY PLACE that my wife & l will buy furniture & home decor from for our house. Every single person who works there is amazing. From Eric & the sales guys to Jessica & the office staff. Especially the 2 delivery guys Chris & Demetrius. Those guys were completely professional & went way above & beyond to make sure that we were completely comfortable with our new furniture & its placement. They busted there butt moving everything & were extremely careful & diligent. I cannot say enough good things about Family Furniture. Visited family furniture last minute on a Saturday before store closing and the staff was awesome. Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable and the product. We received great service at a great price. Absolutely recommend and will be returning for future purchases.

Amazing customer service, quality products and fair pricing! Our salesperson Lonn was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and gave us space to browse while being immediately available when we had questions. We purchased both indoor and outdoor furniture which was delivered within a couple of days! The delivery crew was also great, placing everything exactly where we wanted it, cleaning up after and all with a smile! We had such a positive experience that we returned and purchased more outdoor furniture. The selection is outstanding with so many options, colors and brands to choose from. We had the pleasure of working with Lonn a second time as well as Eric (one of the owners) and again our experience was nothing short of great! Eric even carried one of our end tables out to our car… now that’s great customer service! After speaking with Eric we learned they are family owned and operated which is a huge plus for us. If you are looking for quality furniture and accessories with great pricing, products and customer service then look No More… Family Furniture of America is the place to go!

Where did the low prices go? Not here anymore. Look this place isn't nice enough to compete with most other stores in the area. You can tell by their showroom and the condition of displays its not high end. Thats great if you can get good deals from here. Doesn't look that way anymore though their prices have gotten not good. They need to get back to what they used to be, a place you can go to get a good deal. New computer screens and fancy trucks may look good to the owner, but how about just taking the money you spent on that and give customers better deals? I had family members that bought from here in the past because of super good prices. They don't have them anymore, they got to get back to what they used to be good at. No frills and super low prices.
