Went there ordered a medium iced decaf caramel latte with whole milk and whipped cream.. she hands me a medium coffee… told her it was suppose to be a latte so she makes me a plain latte.. no matter what time of day I go there they always mess the order up… what is so freaking hard about getting orders correct ~Brenda

Hi I just wanted to tell you how much my wife and I really enjoy our new Dining Room and Living Room floor. Our experience started with our first person contact in the store. We were greeted warmly by a saleslady who had several suggestions for our project. We finally settled on one and were scheduled for an in home measurement. The store sent Jerry Sirous who came, took measurements and spent a lot of time with us going over our options, selections, and the particulars with our home. Installation day came and two installers showed up on time and began work right away. Their names were Jeff and Casey. Those 2 worked so hard the first day. Part of the job included ripping a section of hardwood flooring that we were replacing. They got there about 9:25am and by 1:00 they had the old floor ripped out, plywood reinstalled, and the new Engineered Flooring almost completed in the Dining Room. They never took a break or lunch, just worked straight through. By the time they left the first day, the DR and hallway totally completed. The next day, they arrived earlier and completed the entire job, and cleaned up by noon. Both Jeff and Casey were fantastic. Had my car for over a week to do an airbag recall. Ended up breaking my airbag control module (new costs around $1k to replace) and later stated it wasn't their fault and that the airbag light was on when I brought it in, which it wasn't. Would not advise any one to go here, ever. ~Cc

I was having a surprise birthday party for my mom’s 61st and my grandmother’s 80th birthday. It was delayed by a week due to a snow storm. I had zero problems moving my order ahead a week. The only instruction I provided was who the party was for, that I wanted it to say happy birthday, strawberry cake and their favorite colors (pink and purple). I was ABSOLUTELY BETTER THAN I PICTURED!! Everyone kept asking me where I got such a beautiful and delicious cake! If I EVER need a cake for an special occasion Sweetcakes is where I will be going!
