Love my new leather chairs. The delivery guys Justin and Dylan were great. They were quick and even offered to move my old chair into the basement.

Justin and Dylan were very polite. Got to work doing what needed to be done and didn’t leave til I was happy with the placement of my new couch! Went over installing and what the features were on the couch, some I hadn’t realized were there! Very professional! Would recommend (Iman) Furniture Superstore in Lisbon. All around great experience.

Justin & Dylan delivered my dresser yesterday. They were both very pleasant and also informative about any extra hardware that was delivered. They made sure I knew about the extra "leg" under the dresser for stabilizing should I ever move it. They took care to not scratch my floors etc. It was a great experience. Thanks Justin & Dylan!

Justin andDylan delivered my new sleeper sofa with grace and charm. They didn’t let my yapping dog get the best of them and the sofa is perfect. They were mindful of putting everything back in place when something had to be moved. I would have these gentlemen back anytime. They deserve the highest praise!!!!!

Today (Monday)we got our chair delivered that we've purchased(Friday). It was great that they had it in stock and it was delivered so quickly. Our delivery personnel were Justin and Dylan. They were really helpful, nice and professional. They were very knowledgeable about their job and the furniture they were delivering. They definitely showed a lot of care for our delivery even with it being one of their last stops. You would never have known it was the end of their day! Good experience overall from in store to home delivery.

Loved shopping here, We were met by Jeannine who helped us find the things we were looking for but didn’t hover. Loved this. She was extremely knowledgeable when asked a question. Paperwork was fast, easy and were delivered in 2 day’s, by the nicest guy’s. Justin and Dylan, who took extreme care in placing all my items, where I showed them. They were very fast and friendly. I’ve bought furniture here for years but not again. My most recent purchase was a living room set, Southern Motion brand. It came with a 5 year warranty on the motors, it’s electric powered. 2 years later one of the headrest stop working. I called the store, they gave me a number of this repair guy, Steve and they said he would service it and if it was the motor it would be covered. I’ve called and texted this guy but he never answers or gets back after multiple times. Call back the store’s service department, which they don’t answer or return calls. So a warranty through this place is meaningless. Don’t put yourself through their tactics, shop elsewhere

The service is friendly, but the product sucks.. dont buy a bed frame here, had our 2 different bed frames brake with in 6 months... flimsy and light materials that if the bed moves a inch with no one on it, it would kick out the middle supports as they were made with light wood and held together with one small screw each. I could have made a better bed support. Very disappointed and wasted thousands.

Christina was very helpful as we were browsing for a dining room set and knew when to step away so we could give it some thought. Tom and Dylan showed up exactly at the beginning of the delivery window and were very quick and professional in setting the table up, showing us how to put the leaf in. Love the set we picked out. Perfect timing for Thanksgiving dinner!
