Since when do TSS floor walk people buying $50 dollars worth of merchandise? My family had a very unfortunate experience at this particular target store on 06/20/22 My sister came in to pick up a few miscellaneous items again not even hitting a $50 dollar threshold. She was telling me how a TSS specialist was essentially floor walking her, whatever isle she was in he was in. Last time I checked i thought TSS’s were supposed to maintain presence at the entrance to greet and thank guest. I understand if a known subject walks in grabs a tote or bag and starts concealing, but again she literally bought $50 worth of stuff, I doubt you guys lose that much wine and feminine pads due to theft lol. She felt discriminated against and ultimately disrespected. Way to go Target.

I was in Target today and had the rudest sales associate at the counter. I walked up with thirty things in my basket and she told me to use self checkout! Wow! I would have used it if I only had three items. I guess she didn’t want to be working or whatever. I found it rude insulting when I had spent $116.00. WTH😠 😤😠. This happened today at 650pm this evening. I hope someone puts her customer service in check! I cannot believe it! I’m a dedicated shopper and to be treated like this was unacceptable!!!!

Well, I’ll be… the staff here is a Trader Joe’s-level of customer service (for the uninitiated, that means very engaging) and I’m glad they came to my part of the grid. Obviously, if you’re shopping for groceries there you’re paying a premium price, but like … whaddaya want? It’s priced accordingly to the convenience of people getting groceries on foot.

Great Target that is extremely convenient for residents nearby. Small footprint, but has what you need! Minus one star for constantly broken self checkout machines.

Hors... Dad always wanted me to be a secret shopper at target, so I became a shoplifter. It lifts pretty good.

I was racially profiled as a young black lady as the moment i walked in the store. i proceeded to be followed and look at by all employees and surround like i was an animal. They assumed that i was stealing and questioned several times. I then bought my items and walked out. As i was waiting for my Uber i was getting talked about outside and she waited and watched me outside till my uber came, this is Unacceptable and not okay! Please do not support this location. I will be taking this situation further then a google review! do better target.

Clean store friendly employees and they actually had what I wanted in stock. Reasonable prices good selections. Close by where I needed to go . In midtown. It's a better target than the one on 65th street and Folsom.

This is a much needed addition to Midtown in the old Office Depot store. The prices may be higher, and correct me if I'm wrong, but this store is right in so many ways - fresh food, decent freezer section, tons of toiletries, cosmetics, office supplies. They figured out what Midtowners would want and they did an excellent job. Staff is friendly, security is good, the store is clean, there's parking on the roof and bicycle racks right out front.

I haven’t physically visited the store. However, I called to ask if they had a “Nintendo Switch, in gray” in stock. And the gentleman went above and beyond to help me locate the item. Unfortunately they didn’t have it. Which was a bummer, but I’m glad he attempted to help me. He was very polite and helpful. Most of the time, when I call stores to check their inventory they seemed bothered & they lie about looking for the item. So thank you, Irvin (employee) I believe that was his name, I appreciate the great customer service.

It's a tiny Target. Good sample of most items and groceries you would expect to find at a Target but in a much smaller footprint. Pretty surprised to see the variety of items they carry. If driving is your thing, you can park on the roof and take an elevator down into the store. Glad to have this place in walking distance.
