Purchased a young bearded dragon from them about 1 and a 1/2 weeks ago. After a few days it wasn’t eating very well, so we called the shop and asked them what their recommendations were. They said it’s fine it must’ve been full from being over fed and not to worry about it. This was different advice that we received from two other pet stores, who told us to offer a variety of foods so we did small amounts grated fresh fruit, vegetables and also ground up meal worms. This was not the first bearded dragon that we’ve cared for and had, but we’ve never had one who acted so sickly. There is no warranty on the bearded dragons, and they charge double or even triple the price of other local pet stores. They offer zero warranty if your pet dies which ours unfortunately did. **Stay away from this overpriced breeding ground of a pet store**

The team took time to help my children learn and have some experience watching and even touching some of the animals. They were extremely kind and patient with them. This place had many unique reptiles. They were well labeled to know the type and the price.

Absolutely LOVE this place. I've bought 9 reptiles from here, always healthy and fair pricing. For feeders nobody around beats their prices. Huge selection of animals. Highly recommend and we will be going back regularly.

This is a great place to get feeder mice, crickets, worms, etcetera. Unlike almost all pet stores, they always have mice. Large selection of snakes, lizards and tanks. They crammed a lot of product in this store but they made it work.

I bought a Brazilian bird eater here along with a cage and other accessories, as well as a ball python. The prices were fairly cheap, tiny cute place and will be going again soon to buy more. They also include a wide variety of pets, even if you aren’t purchasing it’s a cool place to check out overall :) (p.s. they let you hold the pets if you ask)

My family and I visited here to get our Bearded Dragon some food. This place is amazing! They have all sorts of reptiles from Bearded Dragons and Snakes to Chameleons, Turtles and Insects. My daughter is a huge animal enthusiast so it was such a wonderful experience for her to have. 🙏🏻 Definitely would recommend!

Horrific condition of the African fat tail gecko we felt obligated to purchase today. We took him to the vet immediately, but there was nothing we could do for him. He passed not even 12 hours later. The water in the container he was full of maggots and they had a cup of meal worms he clearly wasn’t eating. I have never seen an animal in such poor condition like this. I felt terrible giving them money for this neglected animal, but I felt obligated to try. I do not recommend this exotic store.

Amazing selection! Great prices, won't break the bank, respectable prices! You will be blown away at selection. Knowledgeable, and personable employees. Can ask any questions. They have everything you could want or need for your reptile, amphibian,turtles spider, etc! If they don't I'm sure they could get it! Kids would love this place as well!

Wow… if you are interested in reptiles this place will blow your mind. I accidentally found the shop on a bike ride and just can’t stop thinking about all the amazing animals I saw. It’s clean and the staff were friendly and excited to share their love for animals. I had a really good experience. I don’t keep reptiles..,, but now it’s something I would consider.

Purchased a male veiled chameleon from here a few days ago along with other items. The girls were great! Lots of well kept and clean animals. Prices were good as well. Our new chameleon is enjoying his new home and loves to climb on me every time I open his cage.
