The pizza was good for the first time in a while the only reason I gave it three stars is because the staff is unfriendly when trying to speak to they act like you are annoying them and then when you say thank you they just shut the window in your face if they teach their staff a little kindness n customer service they would be good.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Maybe 💩💩💩💩💩? NEVER order from this store, EVER! I'm 54 yrs old, and I have NEVER had customer service this bad! If they would answer my calls I would cancel my order. I ordered online and my card has already been charged. They had better give me a full refund 🤬

Pizza arrived 20 minutes later than expected, tamper-proof seal was placed in the middle where it's useless, pizza was cut into very uneven slices but I can say this is the best pizza I've had from Pizza Hut in a long, long time. I told myself I'd only have 3 slices for dinner but that was 6 slices ago. Delicious.

I love Pizza Hut and I have one that I can see from my home (West Memphis), but I don't have a Pizza Hut. What do I mean? I love pan pizza. Every one I've ever ordered from this Hut is either undercooked, or the crust is old. It doesn't rise and become bread. Basically stays flat and rubbery. I've given up and have to live with Papa John's or Domino's, and I'm not a huge fan of either. Management needs to get a handle on this place.

Ordered a pizza. Delivery for 1 hour later. Cool. I get my pizza and it looks like that. Call pizza hut to fix it. Lady on the phone was nothing bit rude. Said I would have to wait an additional 2 hours. No thanks

Our pizza was ordered for delivery. 1 and 1/2 hours later it was still marked out for delivery. I called Pizza Hut and was hung up on when I politely asked when our order was going to be delivered. I went to the store then in person and was told a driver just left with it. This was almost 2 hours after I ordered now. As I got in my car to leave the store, the employee came out with my pizzas. They were cold and stuck to the bottom of the boxes. I spent 40.00 plus delivery fees for pizza I had to go get that was cold and had been sitting there for probably 2 hours. I want a refund and I will never order from this store again!!

If I could I would give it a minus! The dining room is closed and they had 5 people working in the kitchen. No one in the line. 3 cars waiting in parking lot. 1 ordered on the app at my hotel and drove 15 minutes to pick it up. They said that they hadn't received my order but she printed out my receipt. She had me park in the parking lot for 20 minutes. I got back in line and waited at the window...the only car...and they made me wait an additional 7 minutes. They finally came to the window...having difficulty locating my pizza...give them a few minutes. Finally came back and told me they were cutting it (a medium thin crust) and for me to pull up and they would bring it out to my car. I waited another 8 minutes and they brought out my COLD pizza!!!! I ordered from the app because I called multiple times for about 20 minutes and they never answered the phone.

I placed my order for delivery at 6:03pm my food arrived a hour and 16 minutes later and it was cold. I am staying 7 minutes away from this location I wasnt expecting cold food. When i called to cancel the order the young lady says "i think they already left with your order". After she hung up in my face the driver called to tell me he was at the red roof inn when I'm staying across the street at the Days Inn. I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered that alone would have swayed my decision to order from here. Money well wasted!
