This place USED to be so good, reliable and quick. I placed an online carryout order at 9:22, the tracker told me the order was Rady for pick up at 9:57 I pull up on 10:02 and I'm told it's not ready yet...it's a store FULL of employees who hadn't a care in the world. I literally waited over an hour for cold 1 hot and 3 cold pizzas. Very disappointing

They were mad that I placed my order so they didn't cut my pizza when I called in they gt sassy with me telling me I couldn't place the order over the phone so I placed it online 🤣🤣🤣and got me something to eat they didn't cut my pizza on purpose because they were slow and salty about having to work an hour before they close

How did this place get 3.5 stars, should be 1.5. We ordered a large one topping pizza with a 2 litter sprite. See the picture of our pizza.....just said. Workers look defeated.

This is the third terrible experience I’ve had with this location. Half the time it says delivery isn’t available, which I’m assuming is because of lack of drivers. That’s frustrating but understandable. All I want to do is redeem this free pizza that I was given for a mistake with a previous order. Two months ago I tried to order and was told it would be close to three hours before my pizza was even made because they were “working on carry outs”. Needed something in a pinch tonight. My order came out of the oven at 8:48 and didn’t leave the store for an hour. I’m sitting here at 10:26 writing this with no pizza and the tracker says the driver is in orange mound which makes no sense to me because the store is on union. I know every store is probably struggling with staffing but….this is ridiculous.

Ordered delivery 3 hours before close, said it was delivered at exactly closing time. I didn't care about wait times, I get staffing issues; however, I do care about liars. This isn't the first time I've had an issue, but definitely the last.

Driver would not deliver my pizza tonight because the police were sitting in front of my apartment complex. I spoke with officers and they said nothing was going on. They were just talking. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous for a pizza delivery person to not deliver because of the police. I would think you would feel SAFER. I am a repeat customer and I have about had enough of this.

I placed my order online at 528pm. Arrived at the store at 545pm. I stood in line for 10 minutes no one acknowledged my presence. The manager looked at multiple times. Never came to see how he could help or anything. Finally someone from the back acknowledged me asked for my order. Stated the pizza was in the oven. Waited another 15 minutes still no pizza. Still no acknowledgement from the manager. Manager Finally comes up when 2 other customers walked in. Employees are arguing amongst each other. Yet nothing is being done to get our order out to us. Not even an apology or anything. This is absolutely unacceptable and terrible customer service. I will not be visiting this location again. Over a hour of my time wasted and still no pizza

If I could give 0 stars I would give that! Customer service is horrible! I placed an order today at 5:17pm after numerous calls (and being hung up on a total of 8 times ) when it hit 730 I gave up hope on my order and grabbed my kid something else. Well at 830 I get a notification claiming my food what in the oven 🤣 can you believe that? 3 1/2 hours later and it’s in the oven . So I call to tell them to cancel the order the young lady picks up dont say hello or anything just say please hold (don’t even wait for me to respond ) after waiting for 12 minutes I hang up and call back finally I get someone on the phone to cancel my order! Moral of the story is this location is ridiculous and in disarray !

Placed a mobile order for 1 pizza at 9PM. I arrived at 9:45 and had to wait for 15 minutes behind the only other customer. When I got to the window they told me they'd have to cancel my order because they were about to close (2 hours before closing time). I said I ordered it an hour ago and that the app said it was ready, then the lady working rolled her eyes and said "Ok... What ya want me to do?" while shrugging. When I said I didn't understand, she started pretending to laugh uncontrollably and walked away from the window and into the back. 5/17/2022

Two hours, twenty minutes after ordering from this particular store, my pizza arrived by delivery. Yep, it is dry as it looks AND cold!!! I ordered extra sauce and there was no sauce applied. Tried calling several times, they force you to listen to the same recording over and over again, until it drains you. Needless to say, one less repeat customer.
