Very rude attitudes at this location. The service is bad and the pizza was thin and horrible didn't want to make a commotion about it so I just let it go. I just know that I would not be returning to this location again!

The people that work here are absolutely wonderful they're kind and courteous they're fishing and the food gets ready fast and it's always good!!

I sit there and order pizza online and it could have told me that there wasn't accepting more orders but they had about 15 minutes to do it and I got there on time but it still they cancelled the order sad service

Have always used the app to order. We have ordered from this location, EP Blvd, 5 times and every time has been good. Coming from a person that worked in pizza for 5 years, the pizzas are made perfectly. Toppings and sauce are evenly spread out and bread is never bad. The kids that work in there are friendly and respectful.

This place is HORRIBLE!! I have oredered the baked apple dip and twist so many times, i ordered today and they give me maybe a scoop and quarter. I called and the girl put me on hold, then the supposed to be " manager" gets on the phone does not identify herself in any way and proceeds to tell me that she doesn't know what i have been getting but that is all we are supposed to get. She was rude and inconsiderate. That location will lose so much business when you have RUDE MANAGEMENT SUCH AS THAT THERE!! i plan to speak to someone well above her head and not only did they short my apple dip but they over cooked my cinnamon twist.. i have pictures and everything. The store manager will be notified of her insubordination and rudeness and showed the photos i have and from now on will order my food from the Southaven location. At least there i know they care about the customers and customer service.

They will legitimately steal your money. I placed an order and they charged me twice and refused to refund me. They blamed me for the transaction, and then hung up the phone. This was the store manager that did this.

Place an order two pizza. Came to pick them up and the were not my correct order. Praise God I decided to look at them before I left the business. Very upset.

They only do car delivery and in-store pickup during certain hours, and their website wasn't updated with those hours. Maybe after 9 or 10 they stop and you have to use the drive-thru instead, which is also in an odd location due to the plaza layout. But, the guy was very friendly and got my pizza at the front door... though it did take a few tries to find it, I think their labeling system was off, too.

The food is good but manager sucks. She uses staff to do her shameful job. All I wanted was 1 extra marinara sauce. I proved my point by buying 6. If I spend over$30.00 you're going to cancel my order over 1 extra sauce. SMH. The employees were extremely nice and professional while learning how to work the cash registers. Team work with each other was great. The manager was no help at all.

The staff here is great at the first outside look your bank you’re in the wrong location. But that’s due to the high volume in traffic from its neighbors from getting hair supplies, getting your taxes done, getting some donuts from Krispy Kreme next-door or just coming in to be greeted with a nice smile and someone ready to take your order. The location was going to receive a three or four star at first but after every effort was put in by the young man that helped me with my order they were missing a barbecue dipping sauce and a salad which ordering online doesn’t keep track of in-store inventory! The store has a great staff everyone is trying to do their best to keep everyone’s mood high and motivated. Even the checking of orders and following up behind others to ensure they meet the Dominos guarantee. The young man that I was interacting with tried his best to find my salad locate the Parmesan cheese and the barbecue dipping sauce. You have to remember this young man only has two hands.. With him going above and beyond he’s well deserving of his credit to his location to make sure that every customer satisfied it comes in for carry out as well as a delivery order because it is a busy night for everyone from those who want to shop get a last-minute meal in because tomorrow we won’t have access to this great food but for today we’re going to make it count and everything’s going to be delicious!!!!
