Line is always very long, they have minimal staff who do not care, please hire more staff or pay better so your staff care

This is a great bank if you enjoy only dealing with one bank teller and waiting for over a half an hour to an hour in line.

This bank is severely understaffed. The wait time is unbearable even for the drive though. Unacceptable and horrible on BOA’s customer service.

Thanks to Nika it was the best banking experience I've EVER had. I mean it. I can't stress enough how much of a professional, and how much of a great person she is. Every question I had was answered, and now I have an account with them. God bless 🙌

Worst Bank of America, always only one person and this time I was left with 6 people behind me for 10 minutes with noone at the window. Unfortunately I needed a larger amount of cash so was forced inside.

When going to this branch you better have all day to wait in line.... And it's not even Friday!!! I feel sorry for the one bank teller (Peggy) who is not only taking care of the customers in front of her but also doing the drive thru. I waited in line for over 50 minutes and was 5th in line the whole time. The line was out the door by the ATM machine. Occasionally one of the Managers would help the drive thru while the other two Managers just stood there. There was at least 5 other employees who were working in the " cubicles" who could have helped get the line going. Please work on the customer service.

I despise coming to this location. I'm forced to because of my work. Every BoA is terrible but this one takes the cake. How many customers do you need to have in line before you start to work with any sense of urgency? Go to any Chase Bank instead where you are immediately served by a friendly and smiling face!

So every time I come here there is a wait well over 30 minutes for the drive thru. They only have one teller working the inside and drive thru and that needs To change. Not everyone has all day to wait in line.

I don’t recommend visiting this branch at noon. The only option for teller service is an extremely snarky, curt and rude woman of South Asian heritage. First, I listened as she berated a elderly customer who was in front of me in line. I was really shocked at the level of condescension she showed the customer. She’d asked the teller for a money order, was told it would cost her $8 for this. The customer said, “ gee, I remember when money orders were free for customers”. The teller quickly remarked back, “ yes, yes, I’m sure that was a very long time ago. Nothing is free here”. Admittedly, when it was my turn, I did share how rude she’d been, and she was clearly un-concerned, and gave her best attempt to behave poorly with me as well. In South Asia, a bank job, even as a teller, is a sign of prestige. This is the only reason I can imagine she is so poorly suited to be in this customer- facing role. Re- train this person. Or fire her.
