I had stopped at their new location in the old Jack Williams building on Sunday because my tire was low. Ed came out and helped me fill it and told me to keep an eye on it. He checked it to make sure nothing was in it before I left. I should bring it back and have it checked if it did it again. Sure enough Monday morning it was getting low again. I took it back and they had to put a new valve stem on it! Thank you Ed and team for making me feel safe on the road again! I really appreciate you taking time out of your very busy day to help me!

Today I called within 15 minutes of them closing, I had a screw/nail in my tire and they had no problem squeezing me in right before they close. Unfortunately the screw was in the sidewall and I needed a new tire, but they gave me every option they had tire wise, cheap or more expensive. I stopped at a tire place up the road and they completely blew me off unwilling to help. When I called here they told me not a problem swing on by. Thank you so much for helping me last minute and staying a few minutes after closing time! It makes you realize there are people who still care about others and who still care about customer service!

I had a mechanical issue that I needed to correct before my tires could be installed. The Manager Ed worked with me and completed the install. Very friendly and they went out of their way to do this. Their prices were the best as well. A+ service!

Came to Mavis after the dealer told me it would take 2 weeks to fix a slow leak. Ed took me right in and had my tire fixed in 30 minutes. Great friendly service and honest. I’ll be back. Highly recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Two times now they have quoted us one price and then charged us more! I gave them a second opportunity to do right and they failed! I was quoted $369.00 TOTAL ( I asked for all fees to be counted in, including balancing, disposal and tax) I then said “So $369.00 for two tires complete with everything?” I was told yes. WRONG! Charged $423.00 once car was done. This is bad business! We even overlooked the fact they mistakenly booked us in a NJ shop instead of the Brodheadsville shop and we had to make 2 trips. We made no fuss and just came back 2 days later like they asked. …. I should have known! As a business owner myself, I hate leaving bad reviews… but this is twice now! Never getting another dime from us again. I have no trust in this place now.

My tire pressure light came on, on a Sunday, no less and I need to drive 2 hours Geisinger Hospital in Danville to take my daughter for an MRI. No other place is open on a Sunday so I called and spoke to Ed. He said we will definitely take care of it if you leave it and give us some time. Our showroom is pretty full. But we will definitely make sure you make your daughter's MRI. There is a diner across the road so we went there for breakfast and before we even got our meal Ed was calling saying it was ready to go. It was definitely quicker then I expected. Ed and his staff saved me. Definitely will be using Ed and his team again. Thank you for saving a mom with a sick kid.

The mavis discount tire in Brodheadsville has amazing service I came at the end of the day when they was about to close and ask someone to repair my tire. The manager was nice enough to help me and fix my tire right before he was going home and put it on my car as well

I was calling around places to get a set of new tires mounted and balanced on my truck. All the other local places didn't give me direct answers on when I could bring in my truck and were not very helpful. But when I called Mavis in Brodheadsville and spoke to Ed,it was a night and day difference. Not only was he very helpful and informative on the phone,he said bring your truck right in and I'll have it finished for you. I did and he kept his word and was able to pick my truck back up within a few hours. Prices were very reasonable, and Ed was great to deal with. I highly recommend this business

Shout-out to Ed and his techs. They were able to get our family in and out in a timely, friendly, and safe manner. Given the challenges everywhere nowadays with short staff, and increasing customer demands and scheduling, they really worked hard to make sure we were taken care of in a way that is very hard to find anymore elsewhere. Couldn't recommend these guys anymore 🤟. Good in = Good out.
