Ok everybody! Here's the deal!... so! I've got a 2007 Jeep Wrangler with a 2 inch lift... few weeks ago I experienced death wobble! So I go to my guys at kost down in Brodheadsville!... (I have the 1 year alignment deal)(ask about it) they do an alignment check my whole front end out and all seems good! Well..Well! Death wobble on my way to work the next day in the exact same fashion!.... So I call!.... they say bring it back immediately!!!!!! So I do!... now, took um a few hours but they went over my jeep like a crime seen!... and a few more findings! DEATH WOBBLE FIXED!!!! But wait!.... I've still got this annoying "SQUEAK" gah! With every little bump in the road!.... like THANKS PA ROADS!!!!! so I'm checking out what could be squeaky and I find what seems like a bad tie-rod end!... so I stop back at my Broadheadsville Kost guys!... yup! Suspension components installed previously (somewhere else) LOOSE! so these guy's were like ants on sugar! WITH TOOLS! NOW!!!!!! MY 15 year old jeep! DRIVES LIKE BRAND NEW! PERFECT ALIGNMENT! PERFECT TIRE BALANCE! PERFECT SUSPENSION! and I'm OCD! MY STEERING WHEEL IS PERFECTLY STRAIGHT!!!!!! Oh and cost me "0" EXTRA! NOTHING! THEY DID ALL THE RE-CHECKS AND REPAIR FOR WARRANTY AND NO CHARGE! 2 THINGS HERE! 1: GIVE YOUR GUY A 2ND CHANCE TO FIND YOUR PROBLEM! AND 2: CHOOSE BROADHEADSVILLE KOST 1ST! WHOLE CREW IS AWESOME!

Went in yesterday for an oil change and inspection. Spoke to Shane and he was very helpful and squeezed me in. Noone in the area of brodheadsville was able to do inspections. Was done within an hour and was given discounts that cut the bill almost in half! Never pressured to buy anything extra or credit cards. Shane kept it real and didnt try to upsell me anything i wasnt interested in like other places. Will be back again!

This place is my go to for tires and repairs. I did have one problem one time but the manager Tylor took care of the problem very well. The problem was a big mess up on their part but he took care of it in a very professional manner. I however was really upset at the time and used some choice words to him but he did not try to argue back with me at all. I later apologized because I was very outta hand. Normally after what happened I wouldn’t have gone back but because he handled it so professional I came back. The work they do is awesome!! Sean at the front desk is very nice and professional too. I want to personally say thank you to everyone that works at this location because it seems like most people around here are not that professional. I will be back!

I am paraplegic and I brought 2 trailer tires I needed changed asap. They squeezed me in and we're very helpful considering my disability and didn't even charge me any extra for emergency service. Class A service thank you guys.

This place use to be a great place to go but has gone down hill ! I sent my step daughters car down to get some work done including tires after being told by another place It needed some things . She received a call from Shawn stating that It needed a load of work and the car wasn’t safe to drive , I refused the work but wrote everything down , shortly after I decided to call and get general pricing on a tune up ( one of the items listed ) Shawn informed that during a normal tune up it’s necessary to do coils which I’ve never hear of replacing if not faulty but also wanted to charge me separate labor to do the coils and plugs…. (You need to remove the coils to do the plugs so he was trying to charge me 2x of the labor ) so of course I declined after confirming he was trying to take advantage and overcharge . Shortly after my daughter arrived home she informed me that while she was there she heard Tyler inform a customer that the brakes that had been recommended are not actually needed while also over hearing Shawn say “ I really thought I had them” leading me to wonder how much of the work that was recommended was in fact necessary ?!?! I forgot to mention the quote given to us was mainly maintenance items , all fluids , tune up , alignment that couldn’t be done because shawn said everything with the steering was need ( only needed 1 tie rod end at another shop)

I have used the Brodheadsville service center for the last two years for oil changes and other services. The prices are generally very reasonable and the customer service is good. I dropped my car off last weekend for an oil change and was charged 75 dollars. I drive a Ford Focus and have never paid that for an oil change. When calling I was advised that whoever was charging me before was giving me a discount (there were promotions) KOST website declares they have the "NO ONE BEATS THEIR PRICES". I was refunded 10 dollars so I ended up paying $65. Unfortunately I will not be using this service center again for any of my vehicles needs.

Call around 9am on 2/28 for tires and inspection. Was told they couldn't do the inspection till 2pm so I set a appointment for 2pm to have tires and inspection done. Arrived at shop around 1:30 to check in and was told they can do the inspection today. Thanks for wasting my time. I would of took my business elsewhere. I will never use this shop again for any of my inspection.

Wonderful experience coming in here for service! Tyler had extremely exceptional customer service, he even saved me money because I thought I needed rotors and brakes when I did not! I would highly recommend this place! It is under new management from my understanding. And I will absolutely stop in again if need be!
