Paid extra for meat and cheese on my nachos. My food came, and it didn’t not include either. Took it back and the workers said out loud “looks like it’s half way gone”. I never touched the food, so did the manager on the line eat it? Either way, the situation was handled horribly by the fat manager with dreads.

You get what you pay for... I bought two $2 beef burritos and a taco supreme. No lie, not exaggerating, there was more ground beef in the one taco than in both beef burritos combined! Nothing but beans and cheese in both "beef burritos" Waste of time & money. Ate some and threw the rest away.😠

Honestly this taco bell used to be good but they’re just hiring anybody at this point if the line get to long they’ll just say they’re temporarily closed at 2pm like just say you don’t want to cook all that and stop wasting everybody time.

The food tasted great. The presentation of the Nacho Bell Grande was very good. Upon request, they provided plenty of taco sauce. Parking: There was a sufficient number of parking spaces.

You order on the machine in lobby,my first time doing this.no one working the counter,but you see them preparing the food.its ok but I like talking to an order taker.

I go for a Mexican pizza….sold out. I change my order and get quesadillas and a Cherry sunrise, and of course they are sold out of the cherry sunrise. How are things sold out at 4 in the afternoon like I’m so confused and very upset!

I was out shopping late for Memorial Day weekend and decided to stop at my local Taco Bell. They have always been good even late.... not tonight. The food I received was not what I ordered. I was told it was a substitute. I ordered through the app and was not asked if this substitution was ok. I am hungry and it is late so I just went with it. Bad choice! The food was awful. I am so upset right now. I'll just drink my pop with no ice and go to bed. Did I mention they also didn't have ice? I spent $30. I'm done with fast food. It cost too much to get whatever they decide to give you.

Was allowed to order breakfast thru taco bell site and have it ready for 7:15am but was not open when arrived. Person at window said just starting to prep now, open at 8am. UPDATE SITE for true hours!! Even Door dash allows to order at 7am, this is a problem. FIX IT

Awful, just awful, taco bell - step your game with great seriousness. Ordered online, not late at night, 7:30 pickup. Staff was admittedly pleasant at first, was sent around front to wait for food. No problem. They weren't busy but was a bit of a larger order so I understand. Once food is brought out 15 minutes later, over half of order is missing. Pull around through drive-thru again - 20 minute wait now. Once I get up to the front again, staff is now very defensive (for lack of a less polite term). A. refuse to acknowledge half the order is gone B. says "oh half these items don't exist, we can't make them", was never instructed at any point about this by multiple empyees along the chain C. refuse to refund me, told "we can't cancel online orders here" They absolute worse part is that the customer service never even responded to my request for response. Basically robbed $35 by the old taco bell. Thanks lads.
