I appreciate every one at Skips. I was at CVS pharmacy we moved our business to Skips because of the many times we were disrespected in various different ways at CVS. As well as the cost difference. The staff at Skip's, are kind and answering questions that are simple to them, but to a layman doesn't. Great job Skip's, we appreciate you.

I've been using this pharmacy for twelve years. Today I was told I could not exchange a top, I purchased yesterday, for a different size. I asked if I missed a sign telling me they are currently not allowing exchanges - I was told no, there is no sign. I was not informed of the policy at the time of purchase. There is no fitting room at the store.I currently own a $40.00 shirt that doesn't fit. At time when most retailers are asking you take clothes home to try on and have extend their exchange policy. Very disappointed with Skip's. After my post I got a call from Skip's they said I could come back in and exchange or return the shirt. I did exchange it. I didn't see that they had added any signage about no returns. The girl that handled the initial transaction slipped into the back. I was told I'm more concerned about the back, the then the retail. But it's still part of their business. And NO you can't use the CoVID excuse for everything. I'm happier then I was. I have a cute shirt that fits.

Usually decent service from Isaac and a few others. However, that native or Asian chick is consistently rude. Today Chad was an absolute nightmare. He was straight from unprofessional hell. He was aggressive and condescending and I’m definitely switching pharmacies after the incident today. I switched to Skip’s because my parents know him and told me it was a great pharmacy compared to Wall’s and others. I agreed up until today. I don’t even feel safe retrieving my prescriptions because of chad’s actions today. If you want to know, it was definitely the Chad!

Skip's is my favorite pharmacy. Always friendly and knowledgeable and they have a nice drive through for drop off and pick up. You can deal directly with Isaac the owner too because he's always there working. I recommend them highly.
