Me simply telling them it's unacceptable to hear 12 hours in advance that cancelling our uhaul or making us travel to a flooded area to pick up a uhaul is unacceptable! Yeah I was a little rude, but still, it's understandable that we worked hard, requesting off work, buying a train ticket to get my husband up here to help with the move, and tons of steps we put in on our end to get done what we need done to be told this! Agent, which was a direct Grand Forks representative wouldn't let me talk, and me screaming let me talk for crying out loud, she banned my husband and I from UHaul, cancelled reservation THAT WE NEED, and I was trying very hard to work with them when she said I wasn't, I asked if we picked up from them and returned to them if they could work with that, she wouldn't answer, was going to ask if Bemidji or Crookston had anything, couldn't get to asking that CUZ SHE WOULDN'T EVEN LET ME GET A WORD IN WITHIN LIKE 4 MINTUTES! Then she wouldn't answer if they are still charging my card or not, I had to call and practically harass them to get that answer, and they only finally answered it because I threatened to call the cops to get my answer! After this, we will no longer be doing business with this crooked company! It's unacceptable to give 12 hour advance notice about something this crucial! Moves are planned! At minimum, a week advance notice should be given! A couple of days at minimum, NOT 12 HOURS BEFORE WE'RE SUPPOSED TO PICK UP OUR UHAUL AND ONLY GIVE US AN OPTION THAT'S NOT EVEN DOABLE! If you need a UHaul from Grand Forks, I suggest going through EGF directly, or Crookston, or Ada, not the 1-800 number, and definitely avoid the Grand Forks branch. It's absolutely disgusting that even after I apologized for my part, you can't even answer if my card has been charged, I was hung up on several times when I simply said I'm not calling to argue, I need to know if you're charging my card. And it's unacceptable to ban somebody cuz you won't let them talk and they finally lose it after asking a couple times will you let me talk and I finally yell let me talk! This lady was obviously repeating the same stuff, that I don't need to keep hearing when I'm trying to throw out ideas to resolve this! This lady does not deserve to be a manager as she has 0 customer service skills. A person should not have to threaten to call the cops to get a simple financial answer! If I'm charged, UHaul, you will be sued at this point. ~Jannae
