This place has thee rudest employees. Who makes a person leave with wet cloths. Obviously people who go to laundromat have no other way to wash or dry their belongings. And to make someone leave with wet cloths because you can't stay an extra 20 minutes this is terrible customers service.

I’ve always had great experiences here but today after watching the employee sneeze and cough all over the place (without a mask). She took my clothes out of the washer! Without washing her hands! I’ve never been late getting my clothes out of the washers and I walked through the door 2 minutes AFTER the washer stopped. I think it should be ILLEGAL for them to touch your clothes at all! I am so disappointed that a business owner would even allow an employee to touch anyone’s personal items! It is such a shame that now I just feel like my clothes have to be washed again because of all the germs that are now spread all over them! Hopefully the owner can have enough sense to tell their employees to at least wait 20 minutes before touching ANYONE’S personal items! I just can’t believe in this day and age adults aren’t more aware of people not wanting their clothes touched! Sorry for the vent but it had to be said!

Good place to wash your clothes. The lady with the Sunglasses is a absolute delight! Very reasonably priced and plenty of machines.

The laundromat was fine, but the employee was very unpersonable and acted like I was bothering her every time I asked her a question. The washers that I was using didn't have very good instructions on where to add the liquid laundry soap. There were 2 big flaps on the top of the washers with different compartments, but it wasn't clear on where the liquid laundry soap should go verses where the powder laundry soap goes. The employee was standing right by me, and I'm sure she heard me saying that I wasn't sure where to add it, but she didn't help me or even say anything to me. When I saw that my washer didn't dispense the soap, I went to the employee and when she came over to look, she told me that I put the soap in the wrong compartment. I ended up having to run the washer a 2nd time and spend another $3. Next time I'll probably go somewhere else where the employees are friendly and helpful.

Washers work great. I am able to wash and dry a full load of laundry for a total of $5.00 . The change machine changes out bill sizes up to $20 to quarters. $20 in quarters is a hefty to carry around, ensure you have smaller bills before you arrive. All washing machines and dryers take quarters, the manual and automatic car washes also take quarters. They do have a restroom you can use, the key is available from the attendant. I have submitted a recomendation to add a WiFi hotspot because this area has limited reception for some cell service carriers (sprint,virgin,tmo). I drive to library for wifi or listen to an offline audio book while my cloths wash. They could improve by adding an Atm and wifi. It would also be helpfull if I could use dollar coins instead of quarters.
