this place is CHEAP on veggies and anything discretionary. the tuna scoops were light. the spinach leafs were a couple, the tomatoes sad. you get the picture. I know subway is not the place to get a 5 star sub but this subway, no. Go to the brickyard or diverse and Harlem subway if you really want one. this one is cutting corners. listen to the reviews. they are not wrong.

Dont come here. I had a issue with an order and couldnt even communicate properly with the employees due to their lack of English ir they re just pretending they dont understand English . I had made an online order and the time selected was incorrect. I immediatly called the restaurant to inform them and was told my food would be ready at noon instead of 1030 am. Well to my surprise my sandwiches were made at 1030am and they expected me to eat a 2.5 hour old sandwiches that were soggy and sitting on their hot counter. I asked to speak to a manager and was told their is no manager on staff at this location. I filed a complaint with subway. This IS NOT how to run a business. Theres another subway with amazing staff and normal portions behind the mcdonalds on 1st and north ave..just a 5 min drive from here. Never coming back.

save your money and dont come here. they cut the vegetables razor thin to save on cost, then they barely give you any unless you ask for red onion, then they give a ridiculous amount. i had a problem today with an online order and when i called and asked to speak to a manager i was told that location does not have a manager and refused to give me a phone number. i am filling a complain with corporate.

Came in on labor day for a quick bite. I got a steak and cheese wrap and the worker microwaved the meat even though it should be toasted iwth cheese in the oven. Didn't wrap it up well so when i got to it it was falling apart and I had to eat it with a fork. He asked me if I wanted it cut, told him yeah he made a small cut around the wrap but didn't actually cut it. I'd ask for my money back but I doubt they will.

The woman who works in the morning is unprofessional. I came in today and she was on her personal phone with someone and never hung up the same phone call through two customers and me eating a whole meal. This worker couldn't balance priorities, letting peoples sandwiches stay in the toaster through 4 cycles when she was putting bread away. Whether it was because she was on the phone or didn't hear it, or she didn't think the customer's sandwich was important enough, that's unacceptable customer service. She even barked at another customer to insert their payment in the card reader. Other workers there aren't bad, but she's poor enough quality to not come back.
