The store is usually well stock and as constant foot traffic. Not sure what the bottom line looks like but I think the store would have more return customers if management would clean and get more carts. I had to walk around with my items and didn't impulse buy because I had no cart. The employees are young so I give them a learning curve. At least they are people of color working the store. I'm going to keep coming back. ~Anna

I truly hate this location. It’s hours are stated to be 12am. As soon as I walked to the door, an employee closed the door in my face before saying, “it’s closed,” the rudest way possible. Maybe the attitude reflects the neighborhood it’s in but it was highly unnecessary. If the hours are incorrect then it should be corrected and reflective of current hours. Smh. ~christina

Came here to get switch for my daughter and I had a problem with it were it had a parental control pin . Annexie was so amazing and helped me out . She above and beyond and called a different location and found one for me . That’s what u call true customer service . Thank you annexie ~liliana

Been a customer of PLS for years. Since grand opening to be exact. Since day 1, they have always greeted customers with “Welcome To PLS”, with a friendly attitude, clear communication and excellent knowledge of service. Well organized and very clean facility. The Girls there tonight were very rude my husband and I paid $24 for our meal and the entire meal was cold. This was my first time there and this was the worst experience imaginable. And when I asked the girl to cook my fries over she had an entire attitude about it. And complained of the receipt machine being down, so we didn't even get a receipt. This was the worst experience imaginable I will never go back to this burger king again. The Employees have no value for their work and they have terrible customer service. ~Patrice

So for it to be a Holiday as well as a little after Midnight I must admit that the food was hot and fresh and the staff had great time on getting the food out. The only thing that went wrong was they cooked my Mom's chicken sandwich too long because it was too hard and she barely was able to bite into it. My favorite thing is that they let me get a half and half frosty 🙌🏾 so half Chocolate & Half Strawberry an it was too fye 💯 ~Ashondi
