If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible!!!! service, embarrassing slow and unprofessional. The owner should be made aware and be more involved, this is a franchise and I know BK has higher standards than this.

Slowest service ever!! Waited in the drive thru for 40 min couldn't get out, because you're blocked in.

Went to the Burger King located in Calumer Park, Illinois (12701 S. Ashland) for the Special $5.00 meal that was announced on TV and also was in their drive thru, the lady told me my total was 6.60, I asked why when it states in the board five dollars, she stated it was a misprint and that it was six dollars , I advised her that it was false advertising and if the sign says five it should be five dollars. She stated it $6.60 and did I want it, I took a picture and told her no thank you.called the corporate number and they stated, the store will contact you, for what I asked, she stated to resolve this issue. What a joke, I’ll stay @ Wendy’s no false advertisement there.

Horrible. The manager who’s a black women had been very impolite, she doesn’t want to leave her name with unsatisfied customers. There were specks of facial hair in my food and the manger was just so incompetent. This place needs to be closed today!

The Girls there tonight were very rude my husband and I paid $24 for our meal and the entire meal was cold. This was my first time there and this was the worst experience imaginable. And when I asked the girl to cook my fries over she had an entire attitude about it. And complained of the receipt machine being down, so we didn't even get a receipt. This was the worst experience imaginable I will never go back to this burger king again. The Employees have no value for their work and they have terrible customer service.

This 🍔 burger king was awesome. Upon my 3rd visit to this establishment(4/22/2022)1pm an 9pm I'll usually order the same thing from the menu, which will be the Texas Whopper meal, the 🍔 wasn't good unfortunately. It had only 1 slice cheese, the buns wasn't toasted at all, an also if anyone remember how BK flame broil their patties well it was nothing like that. More like the steam tray concept that's being used which to a point not made fresh.

It’s in a great location (even though the drive thru is awkward for coming out to the road). They always have a line, but I think it’s because the other restaurants nearby also have lines (that are longer). Friendly service is hit or miss depending on when you go. They get our order right 50% of the time even when you repeat your order multiple times. I used to like BK of all the main 3 burger chains, but this location does not cut it.

Made a order for delivery (the app doesn’t let you choose from which location). Door dash driver told me it was this one. Order was rescheduled for 1 hour later than promised….then 20 minutes before they close they cancelled my order all together. So basically I waited for 2 hours and still didn’t get any food. Wish I could pick from which Burger King location my delivery actually came from. There’s plenty others closer that wouldn’t have messed that up 🤦🏻♀️

Upon arrival, the staff is very friendly but the food was terrible, the spicy chicken sandwich was too crispy ( burned ), the Impossible Whopper was leathery and difficult to eat from the " burger " to the bun. I was not expecting fine dining but the trays were greasy, the tables were dirty, and the bathroom was unkempt, it was certainly disappointing seeing as how it was not busy and they were well staffed. Being a vegetarian, I have not been to Burger King in 12 or 13 years and I was really excited to try the Impossible Whopper but I left extremely disappointed, in both the Whopper and my reintroduction to Burger King 😢.
