I called to see if they had a part in stock I called 3 times & no one answer when I get to the store only 2 people are working & the phones are ringing off the hook 53 & Ashland location

Nothing is advanced about the lack luster staff. I showed one employee the actual part in my hand that needed replacement and he still handed me the wrong part and couldn’t t use his brain to figure out the correct part. Go to Oreillys down the st they actually try to help

This location has the worst customer service and has misleading signs. I placed an order at 4PM for curbside pickup. I arrived at the store at 5:41 to pickup my order but my order wasn't ready although the email said it only takes 30 mins to fulfill the order. I called and the man who answered was unprofessional. I was on hold for 15 minutes then they told me they don't do curbside pickup so I had to come in. I told them I don't have a mask. They said that's fine, just come in anyway. I came in and it took 5 mins to get my order. One cashier was talking about religion with a customer and the other was walking around doing something else. What really ticked me off was there was a sign on the door that said curbside pickup. I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

There are some of the laziest people that work here. I've been here 3 times and each time I went for simple stuff they didn't want to come out and help. It's Auto Zone for me from here on out.

I brought a battery and asked if they install. The person who was training a co-worker just looked off in space. I repeated my question 2 more times and the employee reluctantly answered yes. This man acted like it was such an inconvenience to install the battery. I asked myself, "why would a person work there if they don't want to do the job." I will never visit this or any other advanced auto parts. You need to get rid of who ever it was that installed my battery.

I always come here, very close by my house and the guys working there in the mornings (usually that the time I go there) are really cool and easy going.

Garbage... Was put on hold without them saying "please hold" 10 min.. Lara or Laura I believe was her name go to AutoZone instead.

I don't really care for this parts store my mechanic utilizes them which is why some things are bought there, I prefer AutoZone, or O'Reilly. At least when they say your part will be available the next day it is and if not you will at least receive a phonecall to let you know the reasons why...
