So I called this place to get an estimate on my vehicle. This is how it transpired. Me: Good morning, I wanted to get an estimate on a alternator installed for a 2004 Pontiac gto. Him: First off, I can’t give you an estimate over the phone because I don’t know what you got. Me: I have a 2004 Pontiac gto with the 5.7 motor. Him: That still don’t tell me nothing. Me: ok Save yourself the time and get serviced from someone who knows what their doing.

Ron is Extremely rude and he’s overpriced! He told me $660 to do my front breaks. I’ll be going to Crutch Brothers. Same job but half the cost.

Absolutely the best mechanic I know of Ron is such a nice guy. Ron's Auto Service is so trustworthy I will not bring my car to nobody else. My whole family goes to him. He is very fair with his prices and very knowledgeable. I totally recommend this place.

Prices are very fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. Problems found as well as the costs of the repairs were explained to me thoroughly before the repairs were completed. Ron and his staff were very courteous, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

I took my vehicle to Ron's because it wouldn't start, I called him the next day to find out what the problem was and he told me I would need to REPLACE THE WHOLE ENGINE! Then he told me he needed $2000 to start doing the work and when I told him the extended warranty I have would pay for it he said they wouldn't and I should come get my car. I was a good customer of his for years but won't ever take my car back to him. I had to get my car towed to the dealer and they said I needed a fuel pump and my car runs fine now.

I've gone to Ron's twice and was very pleased. They told me what was wrong fixed it and gave me the old parts so I could actually see. By the way, my car is a 2006 Ford fusion.

My worst experience ever....My wifes 2012 Dodge Journey would not start this morning I had it towed to Rons Service center for repair at 1130am today. prior to the tow i called ahead to let Ron know that i was having my wifes vehicle was coming in and we talked about him fixing it and if he was familiar with the warranty company that we have as well as what he diagnostic fee is . my goal was to be prepaired and hope to have this all done today. I also asked ron if he would call me to let me know vehilce has arrived. No call. so I called ron at 12:30 and asked if the vehilce came in and he said yeah its been here for about an hour. I told ron that my wife gets home from work at around 5.30 pm so how would she get the keys if he closes at 5.00Pm. he said OH YOU THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE DONE TODAY? I said yes then I asked when did he think it will be done. he said ....I DONT KNOW ...WE GOT OTHER VEHICLES HERE YOU KNOW. I said ok well will it be done tomorrow ....his response was ....I DOUGHT IT MAYBE NEXT WEEK......MAYBE NEXT MONTH. he later revealed that he didnt like me because im in the car business....and that we dont like to pay. and that he is done with me. NEVER AGAIN. !!!

Just had my car towed here yesterday and my ball joint broke and just to do that he's charging me 773.16 and said that that's with used parts smh i will never ever go to him again he is over priced and gets over with that ridiculous 35 dollar storage fee when I'm already am giving 700+ dollars to you I'm a single mother and he cld of at least knocked the storage fee off he got over on me i wld of been better off leaving my car on the street AVOID RON'S AUTO SHOP AT ALL COST AND THE TOW NOT FREE YOU PAYING ANY WAY BECAUSE IT'S OVER PRICED JUST TO FIX THE CAR NEVER GO HERE!!!!!! Wish i cld give it no stars
