Catch them when they give port in deals only! As even then you have to pay for the 1st month bill which cool but then connection fee, and taxes (metro pcs waive the connection fee and if the phone is free in a port in deal u just pay for the plan 50 or 60) and cricket tells u after the fact u get there u also have to buy a case or 2 for the port in. That's how they did me. ~Michael

This is the worst phone company I ever signed up with. I signed up for service and did not get service and could not get a refund. Really really bad choice. Never ever again will I recommend this company. A big waste of TIME and MONEY. ~George

They won't do anything to stop these annoying nuisance calls I've been getting these past few days. I've gotten more nuisance calls these past few days than I've ever gotten in the entire four years I've been with metro. They just want more and more money! They don't really care about their customers! ~Miguel

This place is horrible I been to other Metro stores and all of them surpass their service the agent there hispanic is very rude and do not explain what he is doing and charges you what he wants be aware check your changes on your account before you leave this store. They not even polite or thankful specially that hispanic guy that works there. He was charging me almost $200 dollars ($196 exactly)when I only was supposed to pay only $135 monthly had to call costumer service to fix it. If you decide to go to MetroPcs go to another store I advice you the service sucks there and they hardly acknowledge you. ~Mar

Overall great customer service. It’s nice to see a lot of young people working. Brittany had awesome customer service. She was very nice and attentive. However; the other young lady Ebonie was very rude and had a horrible attitude. She acted as if helping me was bothering her. I’m so glad that Brittany came along. Shopping here is always a pleasure except for this time. ~sandy
