I contacted Nick on short notice and got home he did everything remotely while I was at a town and I didn't even recognize my car the details were incredible a whole new car like brand new even smelled like brand new very impressive service details professionalism everything can't thank you guys enough. Would rate 5 stars but definitely never found my rapid car charger.

So stoked! My car is about to have it's 4th birthday and I figured it was about time to get it fully detailed. High Desert had the top reviews and great pricing so it was pretty much a no-brainer going with them. And I wasn't disappointed! They came to me, were on time, did an amazing job, and my car looks brand new on the inside and out. 100% love this. And the time it took was much less extensive than other shops had quoted me to complete the same job. Will be coming back again. Thanks guys! Jerry is wonderful and did a fantastic job on my vehicle! I bought the vehicle used 5 years ago and hadn’t invested in detailing it. Just with myself and a child, the dirt and stains definitely add up over the years and I had no idea how much it needed to be cleaned until it was done! Had a great experience with High Desert Detailing! Was contacted promptly by Nick, and Josh was the employee who came out to detail my car. They came to my home and did a superb job of cleaning the inside of a college student's vehicle - I had a few particular goals (i.e. getting rid of two stains and inside window washing) and Josh covered all! 100% recommend. If I need to get my car detailed before leaving the city I will choose High Desert again. Services: Seat shampooing, Auto detailing

I am guessing that the business has a couple other guys that help with jobs, because my experience does not match that of other customers. The two guys showed in an unmarked suburban. They seemed very unprofessional and frankly gave rough vibes and in no way interested in providing decent customer service. They did not have a way to wash my car without attaching a hose to a spigot. I told them I assumed they came with everything and that we do not have a working spigot in the front. They said they couldn't do the job. I was waiting 2 hours for their arrival on a Sunday for them to not be able to work. It has been two days and I never did hear from the owner or anyone in regards to rescheduling, though I went ahead and booked with another company. The other company charged me less and is tremendously more professional and with a portable pressure washer.

The guys at High Desert Detail knocked it out of the park on my Toyota Tundra! I made the appointment over the phone, Nick set it up and told me they would call when they were on their way; which they did. They showed up on time in the window I was told. Very professional, great attention to detail, courteous and on time. I highly recommend them!

The inside and outside of my car look clean but they were over 1 hour late to the appointment we had set. My appointment was at 2:30. They called me at 2:50 to tell me they were going to be late and didn’t show up until 3:45. Also the package I purchased included “headlight restoration” but my headlights still look foggy to me.

Excellent work by the team, they took our very dirty Model X and turned it into a showroom worthy display model. Very well priced for the quality of work performed inside and outside the car.
