I do not even live in Reno have never been to Reno however because of this branch i have closed my account with Bank of America that i have had since 2010. This branch location has cashed over 10 fraudulent checks in the past and the only information that match my account was first and last name (usually common when you are named after a parent) i had fraud alerts on file closed one account opened another and due to teller negligence they still were cashing checks that did not match my address , where from out of state, and from a different bank. The signature does not match and now these branch put me in an extreme financial hardship . I have obviously reported this branch to the fraud department, the Vice President of Reno market, the local police , and filed a complaint with the federal reserve . The teller also provided the person commenting identify theft with my address and my new account number by filling out deposit slips for them. Again, the person used their own id which matched nothing on my account but a first and last name. I wasnt aware that you could just walk into a branch and a teller would help you steal other peoples money just because you have the same 1st and last name, this wasnt one check, it was close to 10 in less than a week. Just protect yourself and take your money out of Bank of America they obviously are not protecting their customers.

I just had the worst experience with this location, I came here cause I’m having issues with my bank account and all the automatic payments are being declined for some reason. I came here and all the associates where hanging out laughing extremely unprofessional and when I asked for help they told me they’re on their lunch, at 11:30 and they can help me in 3 days cause they’re busy, even when I needed help right away because of a system issue. This is disrespectful for the customers and a shame for the bank.

11/14/2018 Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen from a bank. I visited the branch to get a temporary debt card as I never received my card in the mail. I waited in a long line totaling over 30 mins because only 2 tellers were working. I was then told my request could not be completed. I was advised to come back on Monday which left me confused as it was only Wednesday. The teller proceed to advise me I should have made an appointment and Monday was the soonest I could get a debt card to use my money. I then stated that is ridiculous im closing my account and pulled all of my money from my account. The teller seemed to not care which was disturbing as customers. The visit to this branch has left me upset and forced me to open an account with another bank. I highly recommend not banking with Bank of America. The customer service is terrible and as a customer you will never feel valued.

Bank of America is pretty bad but this branch is probably the worst of them all. Was told my wait to see a banker would be 20 minutes and 30 minutes later I was told by somebody else that my wait will now be about 40 minutes to see a banker and all I needed to do was get a temporary bank card because once again thanks to Bank of America, they decided not to up their security properly and my account got hacked for the third or fourth time since 2019 of January. When i finally got a banker to help me i told her due to all the Bank of America blunders i'm thinking about switching banks. She was so unprofessional and she told me if i want to switch then go right ahead. Yeah...I will.

Fast and easy service. Multilingual which makes quality service. Staff eager to help. Constant enquiries for assistance. When crowded and starts to slow and lines form staff jumps in to help and make transactions quicker. Usually quiet and calm but can get busy and noise can rise. Issues addressed quickly and resolved completely.

10-11-16- Went to this location and have a credit card with them. Closed my checking because they charge too many fees. $12 a month for NOT having direct deposit. They give you a bonus when you sign up for direct deposit of $100 that took 3 months to actually process. It doesn't even out! I tried to have them cash checks from my new employer. Their policy is not to cash them unless it is their bank. I had to drive across the st to Wells Fargo where they charged me $14 to cash my two checks. (So I pay the fee instead of banks being interconnected and having communication with one another) The bank teller at BoA had told me to use the ATM because heaven forbid we have real customer service in a bank. I come back to Bank of America $14 poorer and try the drive up ATM. It takes me through the whole process and then says "sorry for the inconvenience" As if this phrase from a machine has ever comforted anyone. I go back inside and ask WHY they cannot cash a check from a valid cardholder and the teller laughs at me IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER! Who then proceeds to take me outside to the non-drive up ATM. It works there and I finally am able to give them money. I absolutely hate Bank of America and will be transferring my debt to another bank after already closing my checking account. You know every bank makes 9 times off of every dollar? And they still think it is okay to be charging poor people fees. No one ever answered my question of WHY they can't cash the check and the reason is because they don't want to cover the fee...which shouldn't even exist.
