After a phone conversation with a helpful employee, she consulted the manager who reasssured me she would do her best to get me back on the road. Love how you can call for an item with name and oart # , say they don't have it. Call back 5 min later and someone else says they have the part . LOVE WASTING MY TIME

I was told by Bruce that he was the store manager, and that he was not given me the core charge on the battery I brought back. The battery was paid for in debt, and not only that the person I changed the battery for was with me when I purchased the battery, and he told Bruce that he would be sending me back with receipt. No one ever told me that I could not get the return without the card when it was paid in debt
