I have always enjoyed browsing thru this store and have purchased 1 furniture item. My first thought was to bring my beautiful dishes to them when I was down sizing.I absolutely loved my dishes originally purchased from Bloomingdales and was hoping that I would get the best price from Acosta. I read all the instructions and filled out all the forms. I understood I drop them off and then it is in their hands. They claim that they are experts in pricing. I then never heard anything back although they said they were behind in getting items out. I visited frequently looking to see what they were priced at. Finally, I asked and was told that they sold immediately even before they took photos. My check was just mailed out to me. A 35 piece set including 8 hand painted matching wine glasses, a large platter, service for 8 and I got $97. Far lower than I ever thought. They priced it so low that of course it sold immediately or perhaps it went to someone who worked there! I was very disappointed--it cost $40 for the boxes and bubble wrap to pack all the pieces! It was in perfect condition and I didn't want anything to chip getting it to them. Somebody got a great deal on my beloved set! So happy that I held back pieces. Beware!!

The first place I look when I need furniture. The only store I look to when I need upholstered chairs/sofas as they seem to stock cleaner furniture than typically found used. I really like that I can browse without a salesperson following me around (they have been nice and helpful when needed). I feel most items are fairly priced since they are clean and of a certain level of quality. Their contracted delivery service is outstanding. One star less because I like some older styles (excluding upholstered) like Amish oak, mid-century modern and some antique pieces like Eastlake that I have to find elsewhere.

Wow, this store had several high quality items. I wish the prices were more reasonable but I understand. The store was a decent size and the employees were helpful.

Lots of interesting things to see. Store has a mix of previously owned furnishings and new decorations. Quite a few ceiling light fixtures. Lots of candles. They smell great. Items are well presented in a pleasing layout and vignettes. Pleasant staff.

First time at this store, no customer service, nothing, I wasn't dressed up fancy, so it gave me the impression they catered to certain superficially expensive looking customers. Too bad , I had money to spend, looking to furnish our new home. Also the tight space w all items almost piled up together was difficult to navigate through.
