One of the best Great Clips I've ever been to! Their wait times are always accurate when checking in online, and it's never been longer than a 15 minute wait! My hair is definitely not the easiest to cut- it's really thick coarse and hard to brush through when not straightened. Sara was amazing and cut my hair how I wanted it. She actually listened and explained what she was going to do before she started cutting. She had no problem thinning it out more when I asked, and didn't rush through my cut. I was amazed how nice my crazy hair looked afterwards, and for only $18!!! My 12 year old daughter hates having her hair cut, but I took her to Sara, and afterwards she begged me to have her cut her hair next time!! I even received a $5 off coupon for our next haircut!!! Absolutely amazed by how we received great haircuts for under $20!!! I strongly recommend going to them, especially Sara!!!

I ask for a low fade and a line up simple right no this lady only cut the sides and didn't even try to fade it and for the line up she just put a line in my forehead i have a party tomworrow 😭😭 If you want to save your money go somewhere else.

Fairly certain that this place has never seen a ruler before: I wanted a trim on my collarbone length hair. I believe I said an inch or an inch and half. I left with chin length hair, four inches of hair on the ground and the desire to never leave the house again. At the very least, the service was decently friendly. Today was the FIFTH time in a row that I've been here, and will have to go back. I mean, yeah, they do what they can to fix it, but nobody has time to redo something this many times. Not sure if I'll be back this time. Might shave my head and start over. Really glad I wasted my money on another terrible haircut at this place. DON'T GO HERE!!!!! Edit: Attempted to call, was hung up 3 times before I spoke to anyone....Called a 4th time and got someone who admitted the phone just hangs up when there's high call volume. That's pretty terrible system, isn't it? Probably should've just let it go, cause now, not only am I going to tell people that you hire people who can't cut hair, but you also have non-existent customer service as well. BRAVO Great Clips, too bad I can't give negative stars...

I tried to call but since staff is low due to covid I'll leave it here. My hair was damaged, dry, and veryyy dead. It had lost most of its curl and felt like sandpaper to the touch. I had gotten a haircut from somewhere else and the girl did it in 5 min and while it wasnt terrible....it was uneven and unflattering. Yesterday I got Sarah...I told her my issue and then told her whatever she needed to do to fix it i was fine with.....not only did she take her time but she told me everything she was doing....used leave in conditioner to help with damage...and today my hair has its curls being restored, its shiny, the cut is perfect and very flattering. Sarah gave me not just my hair back but my confidence. 10/10! ❤

I've always enjoyed coming to this salon. Staff has been very friendly. I used to always see shaheena and when she left, I started going to Jen. Now that Jen has left I've been seeing Anna. I really needed a haircut and Anna wasn't in, so I just decided to go with anyone. Nicole cut my hair I was very upset with my cut. I said I wanted a trim on top and a 4 on the sides. She did use scissors on top but might as well have used the same clipper she used on the sides. The top was so short. I didn't say anything because what else was there to do. My wife was very upset. During the cut she mentioned she was the new manager and came from a different store. After that she wouldn't shut up. I understand casual talk between The stylist and whom ever is sitting getting the haircut, but this was too much. She stopped cutting multiple times to just talk. The same haircut that takes about 10 minutes took about 20. For that long I should have had a perfect cut, but mine was far from perfect. As manager she should also be giving the haircut the customer is asking for. I almost stopped coming to this location because this was an awful experience. I did come back though and Anna cut my hair. I was very pleased. I explained the situation to her and she informed me to just them know when I have a problem, and they would accommodate me accordingly. I won't go to anyone else though so I won't need to do that.

I have been coming to this location for years. My recent visit was my last. Please note that I am not some irrational person with unreasonable standards who just wants to find things to complain about. This experience just has me dumbfounded. I have long hair (past mid-back) and I get it cut every couple months. Today, my “hair stylist” was some Asian woman. It was not busy at all. I requested her to cut 2 inches off. She “cut” my hair quickly and it looked like she was just eyeballing it. She didn’t even bother to check if everything was even. I paid and went to my car- I then noticed that the hair on the left side of my head was longer than the rest and the entirety of my hair UNEVEN (I am not exaggerating). I went back and told her. She had the audacity to say “oh yeah good thing you noticed before you got home”. Excuse me? It is not my job to show the hairdresser how to cut hair - that's hers! She ‘fixed’ it and I asked another worker to make sure my hair was even- IT STILL WASN'T! I did not ask to have my hair cut into the shape of Mona Lisa…. No layers or anything. I simply asked to have two inches cut off. She then chopped off some more while I was standing and didn’t even have the nerve to say sorry before I left (for the second time)!!! It’s one thing if she butchered it or cut it all too short, but SHE DIDN’T EVEN FINISH THE FIRST TIME AROUND!. I have had some bad haircut experiences before, but this tops them all. If she didn’t know how to cut long hair she should have told me and I would’ve understood. I wish I could get my money back! Not worth $14+ dollars. If anyone is paid to do a service it should be done correctly... not half-assed & done incompetently. How did she get her license? Absolutely ridiculous.

I always have a hard time finding a place to get a haircut. I want a place that charges reasonable prices but I also want to go to a place that won't completely wreck my hair. I thought I'd found a decent place at Sport Clips in Bloomingdale after going there once, but they did a complete hack job on both my hair and beard the second time I went. I ended up with one of those haircuts where I said, "Well, my hair looks like garbage now, but I guess it'll get better when it grows out a bit in a month." I also don't care for their strict "walk-ins only" scheduling. Well, I got laid off a week ago so now I *needed* a haircut before I started doing job interviews again. Great Clips has a nice online "check-in" system where you can get yourself slotted for a haircut before you go in and get an idea of the current wait times, then just go in. I only waited a few minutes after arriving before getting seated. Once I got started, I explained my situation and how I wear my hair to the stylist and she got started. In a relatively short period of time, she had finished, and I had a nice, clean, professional-looking cut. She didn't cut it too short or leave it too long, exactly how I wanted it. Reasonable prices, a convenient scheduling system, and great haircuts. Can't complain about any of that! I do have to drive a little ways to get there from my house, but I'd consider it well worth the drive!
