Walked into empty post office and Sylvia immediately asked if she could help me. She was very pleasant and I dropped off a package and asked for a receipt. She was very nice about it and even checked off where my tracking number was and circled the barcode for telling about my experience and she explained it all to me.

Just moved to the area and these people made my PO Box transfer a living hell! Customer service is really bad, they always have attitude, specially the black lady there. I don’t even want to go in there because she’s going to find a way to ruin your day or make your transaction not possible. Never thought I’d be writing something like this about a Post office!

The post office on Holt Avenue in Ontario is by far the worst post office that I've ever dealt with. No one there takes pride in their work, especially the postmaster! I often get my neighbor's mail and they get mine. I have a consistent problem with not receiving bills and cards from people. All of the post office employees blame each other. When I complain to my postal carriers they blame the mail sorting machine at the post office. When I called to complain to the postmaster she blamed the postal carriers. I thought for sure that someone would help me if I walked in there to complain. So I walk in and ask to speak to the postmaster. I have someone else's mail that was delivered to me that I handed to her and tell her that I often get other people's mail. I explained the situation and I could tell that she was only half-listening and didn't care. After I stopped talking she took the mail from me and said she would make a note of it so that I stopped getting other people's mail and then she began to walk away. Well guess what? She didn't even ask me for my address!! How the hell is she going to make a note if she doesn't know who the hell I am? Or where I live? Are you kidding me??? I called her back over to me and she rolled her eyes. I asked her if she was going to take down my address and she said, "I guess that would be a good idea". Whatever lady! If you don't like your job, find a different one! This is absolutely pitiful! I pay for my postal services, we all do. They act as if they are doing us a favor!

Despite what the USPS website says, you cannot use their self service kiosk after hours because they don't keep their doors open. Don't make the same mistake I did. Thanks a lot, USPS, for wasting my time.

I never received my package I ordered , noir did I ever receive any calls or notices about my package I waited a month nothing I called company they said they shipped my package within a week or less after it was placed . that they would be happy to resend another order with free shipping. due to the delay of this horrible post office to top it off they never shipped back the package that's even more scan less

The worst place in the world!!!!! The Asian lady is rude with very bad attitude. She didn't look like work there but like waiting there and fighting everyone. Everything she said need to talk with supervisor. She tried many ways to refuse our packages (we have 20 packages to go). Won't go there again.

I was on hold from about 4:15pm till past 5 with no pick up or prompt. My package didn't have the apt number, they didn't make any calls or send it back to the vendor, THEY THREW IT AWAY!! My eye glasses!!!

Never heard of a US post office where they refuse to put a postmark on your mail when you request it!... the clerk at this Ontario,CA post office on Euclid and Holt said: " we don't put a postmark here, and I asked why? Her answer was our boss said not to do it! I proceed to ask her what's the difference between this location and upland post office? Because they it there and as gas as I'm concern the US Post office is a federal institution, I did know that the Ontario branch is franchised!!!! And the clerk had a nonchalant attitude... NON sens!!! Pure idiocy!

WOW! The employees are always in a bad mood, they get very annoyed when customers walk in. They have terrible body language and they get upset when you ask questions. I almost forgot to mention that they never answer the phone, i have seen them personally ignore calls and if they call again they will disconnect the lines. I truly hope management does something about this to save the business, but it seems like the owners have accepted failure and are just waiting to close down. The employees are now just lame-ducks which explain the poor work ethic..

Unbelievable horrible ignorant $5 an hour employees at this ridiculous post office. Drive the extra 5 miles it is worth it. I understand now why people go postal! What a unbelievable experience trying to mail a $2 envelope
