Walked into empty post office and Sylvia immediately asked if she could help me. She was very pleasant and I dropped off a package and asked for a receipt. She was very nice about it and even checked off where my tracking number was and circled the barcode for telling about my experience and she explained it all to me. ~Barbara

34 hour reset before my delivery tomorrow morning. I'm definitely not a fan of TA in any way. They seem outdated and don't properly maintain the facility. Restrooms always smell like urine. The only good thing about this location is the Country Pride restaurant inside. ~Juan

After testing their fuel, This gas stations 87 octane is diluted. I will be reporting it to consumer affairs. ~Ricardo

I go in all the time and on occasion I use the restroom. I went in today To purchase something And was told the restrooms were closed. When I asked why the attendant shrugged her shoulders and gave me no explanation. What is your company policy on restroom usage? Is this the way you treat your customers? ~Randy

Of course we had to show a receipt for the broken base of our wicker patio chairs. We bought them 5 years ago. I do not blame AE for wanting proof. Once provided, David Burg took over and ordered 4 bases from China. It took awhile for them to get here, but they did arrive and now we have 4 "like new" wicker swivel patio chairs. David could not have been more helpful. The wicker part of the chairs have held up beautifully, but the swivel bases were wobbly. Very attentive, great customer service and I am very appreciative of everything Ace Evert and David did to get these bases from China to Texas. ~Jana

Checked in, assigned door, unloading started quickly thereafter. Experienced drivers will have no problems. Usually enough area to turn around when you enter the dock area. You definitely need to know what you're doing, but easy if you do. The picture with the drawing on it: if you hug the wall you can easily turn around. ~Michael
