Of course we had to show a receipt for the broken base of our wicker patio chairs. We bought them 5 years ago. I do not blame AE for wanting proof. Once provided, David Burg took over and ordered 4 bases from China. It took awhile for them to get here, but they did arrive and now we have 4 "like new" wicker swivel patio chairs. David could not have been more helpful. The wicker part of the chairs have held up beautifully, but the swivel bases were wobbly. Very attentive, great customer service and I am very appreciative of everything Ace Evert and David did to get these bases from China to Texas.

I was a bit worried after reading the previous review. But when I called about a broken clip for my PARADISO 6 pcs. modular sectional purchased from Costco 5 years ago, the customer service was impeccable. The guy (I didn't get his name) was courteous, took down my shipping address and said will send me replacement parts for free! What more can you ask for? I am so glad that this company backs up their products. Thank you!

It's not worth doing business with this company. I wanted to get parts for a pergola that I purchase because parts were missing when I bought it. Hang Zhao replied to my email and asked for a receipt for proof of purchase. I told him I can't find it and asked him if I can pay for the parts but he never replied back. Then, I called the costumer service and managed to talk to James Jenkins. He took my credit card info and address for the order parts. I approved the credit card charge via email but never got back to me for the order process info. I emailed him again to see if there's any update and never got a replied. I tried calling the phone line multiple times but not able to reach the person. Order from a company that is willing to help you if you have parts missing or broken.
