2nd time here . Arrived 10am check in for 10pm appointment ., was told they start receiving by 5pm and that they will call me …. was call 5:30pm to get to gate and go to office for door #and Bol’s ..yes it’s a bit tight but not to difficult, take your time .. unloading is about 2hrs .

Received unsigned BOL. Called to have sent out to me. Nope. Driving back 600 miles out of pocket. Office lacks competence to do their job. Quick unload though. Won’t be delivering to them again.

Lumper Fees must be paid in CASH ONLY. Which is an inconvenience; and a hassle to get to an ATM

Had a 6am appointment got ther at midnight got a door with in 15 minutes and unloaded by 1am lady at check in was very friendly. when you get a door just pull in Close to the wall and flip around so you don’t back in on your blind side

Pulled in checked in got a door rite away and maybe twenty minute we were getting unloaded. After being unloaded it took maybe 30 minutes and off we go back to Petro truck stop

There is construction in the parking lot So, It is very difficult to park at your Assigned door. It was difficult before period but now, it's much worse!The front desk staff are very polite and courteous

Had an 1800 hour appointment. Got me in right away and loaded very quickly. Had to wait a little while for paperwork. Small amount of space to back into the docks. I've been at worst places but you better be careful backing in.

Checked in, assigned door, unloading started quickly thereafter. Experienced drivers will have no problems. Usually enough area to turn around when you enter the dock area. You definitely need to know what you're doing, but easy if you do. The picture with the drawing on it: if you hug the wall you can easily turn around.
