Best restaurant in Ontario, California (CA) 2024

34 hour reset before my delivery tomorrow morning. I'm definitely not a fan of TA in any way. They seem outdated and don't properly maintain the facility. Restrooms always smell like urine. The only good thing about this location is the Country Pride restaurant inside. ~Juan

After testing their fuel, This gas stations 87 octane is diluted. I will be reporting it to consumer affairs. ~Ricardo

So tired of the incompetence at this location.. Bacon is always raw and soggy.. Ice tastes like French fry grease, so when it melts your drink tastes like oil.. Hot dogs are always dry with little to no toppings.. ~Kenneth

I had an issue with my online order via the app. I ordered for a specific time to be picked up. An hour before it was to be ready I get a text message it was ready to be picked up at the counter. Sure enough when I get there it has been sitting there for an hour. I tell the worker at the register about it and they look for another associate to help out. As the associate just started their shift I asked for their manager. I tell the manager (Sonia) of the issue and she quickly has a new order prepared. She has been very helpful at this branch compared to another branch I used to go. Within 10 minutes my new order was ready. It seems that the Taco Bell app has had issues as Sonia had been telling many others had multiple issues. If you plan to use the app just know to order and puck it up asap. ~Christopher
